Claims (16)
1. Ručni mikro uređaj za lančanu reakciju polimeraze (109), koji sadrži:
nisko temperaturni zajednički okidani keramički mikro čip lančane reakcije polimeraze (103) koji sadrži grijač (202), reakcijsku komoru (201) za punjenje uzorka,
kontrolu grijača (102) radi regulacije grijača (202) na temelju ulaza dobivenog od temperaturnog senzora (203),
optički sustav detekcije (105) za otkrivanje signala fluorescencije iz uzorka, te
najmanje jedno komunikacijsko sučelje (107) za interakciju s jednim ili više drugih uređaja (101) odabranih iz skupine koja sadrži pametni telefon, PDA i programabilni uređaj;
naznačen time što
je mikrokontroler (106) povezan s najmanje jednim komunikacijskim sučeljem (107), mikrokontroler (106) sadrži analogno-digitalni i digitalno-analogni pretvarač, te je mikrokontroler konfiguriran:
za prikupljanje toplinskih profila uključujući temperaturu i vrijeme kao postavljene zadane vrijednosti i broj ciklusa od jednog ili više drugih uređaja (101) kroz komunikacijsko sučelje (107),
za osiguravanje toplinskih profila za upravljački krug (102) koji ima kontrolu grijača i pogonski krug, koji upravlja grijačem, te
za osiguravanje temperature koju detektira krug osjetnika temperature (107) i signala detektiranog optičkim sustavom detekcije (105) jednog ili više drugih uređaja (101) putem komunikacijskog sučelja (107).
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je između grijača (202) i reakcijske komore (201) predviđen najmanje jedan sloj vodiča (403).
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je reakcijska komora (201) okružena vodljivim prstenovima (502).
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što su vodljivi prstenovi (502) spojeni na sloj vodiča preko vodova (501).
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je temperaturni senzor (203) postavljen izvan čipa (103) ili ugrađen u najmanje jednom sloju čipa (103) radi mjerenja temperature čipa (103).
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je temperaturni senzor (203) spojen kao jedan krak mostnog kruga (706), a izlaz navedenog mostnog kruga (706) se pojačava prije njegovog dovođenja na kontrolu grijača (102) radi regulacije grijača (202).
7. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što čip (103) sadrži prozirni poklopac za brtvljenje koji prekriva reakcijsku komoru (201).
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što optički sustav (105) sadrži izvor svjetlosti (193) i foto-detektor, pri čemu je navedeni optički sustav za detekciju odabran iz skupine koja sadrži sustav za optičku detekciju s razdvajanjem snopa, hibridni sustav za optičku detekciju i bifurkacijski sustav za optičku detekciju.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je najmanje jedno komunikacijsko sučelje (107) odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži serijsko sučelje, USB sučelje, Bluetooth ili njihove kombinacije.
10. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je jedan ili više drugih uređaja (101) odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži pametni telefon, PDA i programabilni uređaj koji prikuplja temperaturu čipa (103) i pojačani signal iz ručnog uređaja (109).
11. Postupak za nadgledanje i upravljanje ručnim mikro uređajem za lančanu reakciju polimeraze (109), naznačen time što je uređaj za lančanu reakciju polimeraze (109) uređaj za lančanu reakciju polimeraze (109) kako je zatraženo u patentnom zahtjevu 1, te navedeni postupak obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
uspostavljanje komunikacije između ručnog mikro uređaja za lančanu reakciju polimeraze (109) i jednog ili više drugih uređaja preko komunikacijskog sučelja (107),
iniciranje toplinskog kružnog procesa na temelju vrijednosti toplinskog profila dobivenih od jednog ili više drugih uređaja za kontrolu nisko temperaturnog zajednički okidanog keramičkog mikro čipa lančane reakcije polimeraze (103), i
slanje optičkog signala koji detektira sustav optičke detekcije (105) i podataka temperaturnog senzora (203) na jedan ili više drugih uređaja (101).
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što se dovođenje vrijednosti toplinskog profila u jedan ili više drugih uređaja (101), kreiranje, modificiranje ili brisanje toplinskih profila odvija preko korisničkog sučelja.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što jedan ili više drugih uređaja (101) osiguravaju provjeru autentičnosti korisnika, te navedeni jedan ili više drugih uređaja (101) pohranjuju mnoštvo toplinskih profila.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što toplinski profil osigurava postavljanje zadane vrijednosti i broja ciklusa, pri čemu se čip (103) održava na temperaturi i tijekom vremena određenog postavljenom zadanom vrijednošću.
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što temperatura mikro PCR čipa (103) dovodi do sobne temperature pauziranjem toplinskog kružnog procesa i održavanjem konstantne temperature mikro PCR čipa kada je toplinski ciklus pauziran.
16. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što obuhvaća prikazivanje toplinskih i optičkih podataka na jedinici za prikaz jednog ili više drugih uređaja (101).
