Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un micro chip que comprende m·ltiples capas de LTCC, en donde una camara de reaccion se forma en m·ltiples capas superiores para cargar muestras. Un calefactor incorporado al menos en una de las capas debajo de la camara de reaccion y un sensor de temperatura se incorpora al menos en una de las capas entre el calefactor y la camara de reaccion para analizar la muestra. El sensor de temperatura se puede colocar fuera del chip para medir la temperatura del chip.
