Claims (15)
1. Kimerno regulacijsko područje transkripcije, naznačeno time, da obuhvaća sljedeće:
jedna ili više kopija elemenata pojačivača virusa šećerne trske bacilnog oblika (SCBV-pojačivača) prikazanog na poziciji 337 do pozicije 618 od SEQ ID NO: 1, ili njegov homolog koji ima najmanje 90% identiteta s pozicijom 337 do pozicije 618 od SEQ ID NO: 1; i
s time operativno povezan jedan heterologni promotor koji obuhvaća mjesto vezanja RNK polimeraze i mjesto inicijacije mRNK,
pri čemu, kada se interesna nukleotidna sekvenca transkribira pod regulacijskim upravljanjem kimernog regulacijskog područja transkripcije, količina transkripcijskog produkta se pojačava u usporedbi prema količini transkripcijskog produkta koji se dobiva s kimernim regulacijskim područjem transkripcije koje obuhvaća promotor i ne obuhvaća sekvencu/sekvence SCBV-pojačivača.
2. Kimerno regulacijsko područje transkripcije prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, da se promotor dobiva iz gornjeg područja biljnog virusnog gena, bakterijskog gena, gljivičnog gena, biljnog nuklearnog gena, biljnog izvan-nuklearnog gena, gena nekralježnjaka ili gena kralježnjaka.
3. Konstrukt, naznačen time, da obuhvaća regulacijsko područje transkripcije prema zahtjevu 1, koje je operativno povezano s polinukleotidnom molekulom koja se može transkribirati i koja je operativno povezana s polinukleotidnom molekulom 3'-terminalne transkripcije.
4. Konstrukt prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da navedena polinukleotidna molekula koja se može transkribirati, dodjeljuje agronomsku značajku biljci u kojoj se ona izražava.
5. Transgenska biljka, naznačena time, da je ona stabilno transformirana s konstruktom prema zahtjevu 3, ili je to transformirana biljna stanica ili biljno tkivo transformirana/o s konstruktom prema zahtjevu 3.
6. Transgenska biljka prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena time, da polinukleotidna molekula koja se može transkribirati, dodjeljuje agronomsku značajku biljci u kojoj se ona izražava.
7. Sjeme transgenske biljke prema zahtjevu 5, naznačeno time, da sjeme obuhvaća konstrukt.
8. Transgenska biljka prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena time, da ta biljka je biljka kukuruza.
9. Transgenska biljna stanica, naznačena time, da ona obuhvaća kimerno regulacijsko područje transkripcije prema zahtjevu 1.
10. Postupak proizvodnje transgenske biljke, naznačen time, da obuhvaća transformaciju biljne stanice ili biljnog tkiva s konstruktom prema zahtjevu 3.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da transgenska biljka je dikotiledon ili monokotiledon.
12. Biljna stanica ili biljno tkivo prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena/o time, da je biljna stanica ili biljno tkivo iz dikotiledona ili monokotiledona.
13. Biljna stanica, voćka, list, korijen, izbojak, cvijet, sjeme, sadnica i ostali reproduktivni materijal koristan u seksualnom ili aseksualnom razmnožavanju, potomstvo biljke s uključenim F1 hibridima, muške sterilne biljke i sve ostale biljke i biljni produkti izvedeni iz transgenske biljke prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time, da biljna stanica, voćka, list, korijen, izbojak, cvijet, sjeme, sadnica i ostali reproduktivni materijal koristan u seksualnom ili aseksualnom razmnožavanju, potomstvo biljke s uključenim F1 hibridima, muške sterilne biljke i sve ostale biljke i biljni produkti obuhvaćaju konstrukt prema zahtjevu 3.
14. Biljna stanica kukuruza, tkivo ili biljka kukuruza, naznačena time, da obuhvaća kimerno regulacijsko područje transkripcije koje obuhvaća jednu ili više kopija elemenata pojačivača virusa šećerne trske bacilnog oblika (SCBV-pojačivača) prikazanog na poziciji 337 do pozicije 618 od SEQ ID NO: 1, ili njegov homolog koji ima najmanje 90% identiteta s pozicijom 337 do pozicije 618 od SEQ ID NO: 1; i s time operativno povezan jedan heterologni promotor koji obuhvaća mjesto vezanja RNK polimeraze i mjesto inicijacije mRNK, gdje se kimerno regulacijsko područje transkripcije uvodi u genom biljne stanice kukuruza, tkivo ili biljku kukuruza na nasumičnim mjestima.
15. Biljna stanica kukuruza, tkivo ili biljka kukuruza prema zahtjevu 14, naznačena time, da SCBV-pojačivač dodjeljuje pojačanu transkripciju interesne nukleotidne sekvence koja je pod regulacijskim upravljanjem SCBV-pojačivača, u usporedbi s transkripcijom interesne nukleotidne sekvence u odsutnosti SCBV-pojačivača.
