Abstract

intensificador viral baciliforme de cana de açúcar (scbv) e seu uso na genômica funcional de plantas. a identificação de nova sequência intensificadora possui utilidade significativa na genômica funcional de plantas. o intensificador transcricional de badnavírus baciliforme de cana de açúcar (scbv) foi identificado. este intensificador pode ser utilizado para aumentar a taxa de transcrição partindo dos promotores gênicos e em experimentos de marcação de ativação. um aumento de dez vezes na transcrição foi observado quando um arranjo de 4x do intensificador scbv foi colocado a montante de uma forma truncada do promotor mínimo de álcool desidrogenase do milho. os processos de utilização do intensificador transcricional scbv são descritos, assim como são as regiões reguladoras de transcrição quiméricas, construções, células, tecidos e organismos que compreendem uma ou mais cópias do intensificador.
