Claims (19)

1. Postupak za pripravu fermentirane smjese na bazi soje, koja sadrži izoflavone-aglikone, ekvol i lunazin, fermentacijom soje koristeći smjesu sljedećih četiriju bakterija mliječnog kiselog vrenja: Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23755, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23756, Lactobacillus fermentum DSM 23757 i Lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 23758.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, obuhvaća ili se sastoji od sljedećih koraka: a) propagiranje kulture navedenih četiriju bakterija mliječnog kiselog vrenja Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23755, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23756, Lactobacillus fermentum DSM 23757 i Lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 23758; b) inokuliranje supstrata na bazi soje vodenom suspenzijom navedenih bakterija mliječnog kiselog vrenja;
3. inkubiranje na 30-37°C, poželjno 30°C, tijekom 48-96 sati, poželjno 96 sati. 3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu se supstrati inokuliraju vodenom suspenzijom bakterija mliječnog kiselog vrenja u količini od 1 do 4% od ukupnog volumena supstrata, navedena vodena suspenzija ima gustoću stanica od otprilike 9,0 cfu/mL za svaki soj.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu su supstrati na bazi soje odabrani iz grupe koja se sastoji od sojinog brašna, poželjno organski proizvedenog sojinog brašna, sojinog mlijeka.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva nadalje obuhvaća korak d) centrifugiranja tekuće kulture kako bi uklonili stanice bakterija mliječnog vrenja.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, pri čemu se centrifugiranje tekuće kulture provodi na 10.000 x g tijekom 15 min na temperaturi od 4°C.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva nadalje obuhvaća korak e) dehidracije supernatanta dobivenog u koraku d) ili kulture dobivene u koraku c) postupkom sušenja ili liofiliziranja.
8. Fermentirana smjesa na bazi soje, sadrži izoflavone-aglikone, ekvol i lunazin, koji se mogu dobiti postupcima definiranim u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, navedeni postupci opcionalno nadalje obuhvaćaju korak e) dehidracije kulture dobivene u koraku c) sušenjem ili liofiliziranjem, pri čemu navedena smjesa sadrži sljedeće četiri bakterije mliječnog kiselog vrenja: Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23755, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 23756, Lactobacillus fermentum DSM 23757 i Lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 23758.
9. Farmaceutski ili kozmetički sastav obuhvaća ili se sastoji od smjese koja je definirana u patentnom zahtjevu 8 zajedno s jednim ili više farmaceutski prihvatljivih ekscipijenasa i/ili adjuvanasa.
10. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, kao takva ili u kombinaciji s jednim ili više ekscipijenasa i/ili adjuvansa, za uporabu kao integrator hrane.
11. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili sastav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 za uporabu u liječenju poremećaja ili bolesti kože ili stijenke crijeva.
12. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili sastav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 za kozmetičku uporabu.
13. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12 za tretiranje gubitka kose.
14. Smjesa u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili sastav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 za uporabu u liječenju alopecije ili telogen defluviuma.
