Abstract
Postupak proizvodnje filma od poliolefina ultra-visoke molekularne težine, a koji obuhvaća korake - podvrgavanje početnog poliolefina ultra-visoke molekularne težine, s prosječnom molekularnom težinom od najmanje 500 000 g/mol u obliku praha, koraku pretvorbe u kompaktni oblik (stlačivanje) pomoću izobarične preše - podvrgavanje kompaktnog poliolefina koraku valjanja i barem jednom koraku rastezanja pod uvjetima takvim da u niti jednom trenutku obrade polimera njegova temperatura ne poraste do vrijednosti koja je veća od njegova tališta. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje filma od poliolefina ultra-visoke molekularne težine, a koji obuhvaća korake
- podvrgavanje početnog poliolefina ultra-visoke molekularne težine, s prosječnom molekularnom težinom od najmanje 500 000 g/mol u obliku praha, koraku pretvorbe u kompaktni oblik (stlačivanje) pomoću izobarične preše
- podvrgavanje kompaktnog poliolefina koraku valjanja i barem jednom koraku rastezanja pod uvjetima takvim da u niti jednom trenutku obrade polimera njegova temperatura ne poraste do vrijednosti koja je veća od njegova tališta.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 gdje je izobarična preša kontinuirana dvo-remenska preša.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2 gdje se prašak poliolefina podvrgava koraku prethodnog zagrijavanja prije koraka pretvaranja u kompaktni oblik.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je izobarična preša opremljena tlačnim jastucima koji primjenjuju pritisak na poliolefin.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje se materijal koristi kao nosač za potporu praha poliolefina u koraku stlačivanja i u bilo kojim prethodnim koracima.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je izobarična preša opremljena stezaljkom čiji je kut ulaza manji od 4,5°.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je izobarična preša opremljena s barem dvije zone tlaka, svaka zona tlaka radi pri tlaku većem od tlaka u prethodnoj zoni.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 gdje prva zona tlaka radi pri tlaku od najviše 10 bara, a barem jedna sljedeća zona tlaka radi pri tlaku većem od 10 bara.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je tlak u koraku stlačivanja barem 25 bara, točnije barem 30 bara, točnije barem 35 bara, još točnije barem 40 bara, još točnije barem 45 bara, ili barem 50 bara.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje se korak rastezanja provodi pod uvjetima takvim da se dobije ukupni omjer rastezanja od barem 30, točnije barem 50, točnije barem 80, još točnije barem 100, točnije barem 120, točnije barem 140, točnije barem 160.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je početni materijal UHMWPE s prosječnom molekularnom težinom od barem 500 000 g/mol.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje se korak stlačivanja provodi pri temperaturi koja je barem za 1°C niža od tališta slobodnog polimera, točnije barem za 3°C, još točnija barem za 5°C.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje se korak rastezanja provodi pri temperaturi koja je barem za 1°C niža od tališta polimera u uvjetima obrade, točnije barem za 3°C, točnije barem za 5°C.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje je gustoća početnog poliolefina manja od 0.50 g/cm3, točnije manja od 0.25 g/cm3, točnije manja od 0.18 g/cm3, točnije manja od 0.13 g/cm3.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva gdje se temperatura u koraku stlačivanja održava konstantnom unutar temperaturnog raspona od 2°C.
