Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μία μέθοδο για την παραγωγή μιας μεμβράνης από πολυολεφίνη πολύ υψηλού μοριακού βάρους, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τις μεθόδους υποβολής μιας πολυολεφίνης εκκίνησης πολύ υψηλού μοριακού βάρους με ένα μέσο μοριακό βάρος τουλάχιστον 500.000 g/mole υπό μορφή σκόνης σε μία βαθμίδα συμπύκνωσης, χρησιμοποιώντας ένα πιεστήριο σταθερής πίεσης, υποβολή της συμπυκνωμένης πολυολεφίνης σε μία βαθμίδα εξέλασης και τουλάχιστον μία βαθμίδα έκτασης υπό τέτοιες συνθήκες, ώστε να μην φθάνει σε κανένα σημείο κατά τη διάρκεια της κατεργασίας του πολυμερούς η θερμοκρασία του σε μία τιμή άνω του σημείου τήξης αυτού. Η μέθοδος επιτρέπει την παραγωγή μεμβρανών πολυολεφίνης πολύ υψηλού μοριακού βάρους υψηλής ποιότητας.
