Abstract

Postupak za tretman, u pročišćavanju otpadne vode, mulja koji sadrži organsku materiju, dvovalentno željezo i fosfor, u kojemmulj se tretira na 0-100°C kiselinom, pri čemu se postiže pH vrijednost od 1-5, za otapanje dvovalentnog željeza i fosfora iz mulja, mulj se zatim snabdijeva sredstvom za oksidaciju koje je izabrano od vodikova peroksida i per-spoja, dvovalentno željezo se oksidira preko Fenton-ove reakcije do trovalentnog željeza, i (i) trovalentno željezo se taloži kao trovalentni željezni fosfat (ii) slobodni radikali sa deodorizirajućim i sanitarnim efektom formirani su preko Fenton-ove reakcije, iz mulja se zatim uklanja voda na pH vrijednosti od najviše 7, ivodena otopina koja je dobijena prilikom uklanjanja vode se recirkulira u pročišćavanje otpadne vode, naznačen time štose mulj snabdijeva količinom od 10-100 kg 100% vodikova peroksida po toni suhih čvrstih supstanci, ako se vodikov peroksid koristi kao sredstvo za oksidaciju, imulj koji se tretira je uređen tako da sadrži otopljeno željezo i fosfor u molarnom odnosu Fe:P od preko 1:1. Patent sadrži još 12 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (13)

1. Postupak za tretman, u pročišćavanju otpadne vode, mulja koji sadrži organsku materiju, dvovalentno željezo i fosfor, u kojem mulj se tretira na 0-100°C kiselinom, pri čemu se postiže pH vrijednost od 1-5, za otapanje dvovalentnog željeza i fosfora iz mulja, mulj se zatim snabdijeva sredstvom za oksidaciju koje je izabrano od vodikova peroksida i per-spoja, dvovalentno željezo se oksidira preko Fenton-ove reakcije do trovalentnog željeza, i (i) trovalentno željezo se taloži kao trovalentni željezni fosfat (ii) slobodni radikali sa deodorizirajućim i sanitarnim efektom formirani su preko Fenton-ove reakcije, iz mulja se zatim uklanja voda na pH vrijednosti od najviše 7, i vodena otopina koja je dobijena prilikom uklanjanja vode se recirkulira u pročišćavanje otpadne vode, naznačen time što se mulj snabdijeva količinom od 10-100 kg 100% vodikova peroksida po toni suhih čvrstih supstanci, ako se vodikov peroksid koristi kao sredstvo za oksidaciju, i mulj koji se tretira je uređen tako da sadrži otopljeno željezo i fosfor u molarnom odnosu Fe:P od preko 1:1.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je mulj tretiran kiselinom i to sumpornom kiselinom, mravljom kiselinom ili oksalnom kiselinom.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se mulj tretira kiselinom u trajanju od 10 min do 2 sata.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je mulj koji se tretira uređen tako da sadrži željezo i fosfor u molarnom odnosu Fe:P od preko 1:1 do 1.5:1.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se mulj snabdijeva sa dodatnim dvovalentnim željezom prije dodavanja sredstva za oksidaciju.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sredstvo za oksidaciju izabrano od najmanje jednog od vodikova peroksida, natrijeva per-karbonata i per-octene kiseline.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je sredstvo za oksidaciju vodikov peroksid.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što se mulj snabdijeva vodikovim peroksidom kao sredstvom za oksidaciju u količini od 30-60 kg, 100% vodikova peroksida po toni suhih čvrstih supstanci.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se mulj snabdijeva sredstvom koje potpomaže uklanjanje vode prije uklanjanja vode.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se iz mulja prethodno uklanja voda centrifugom ili rotacijskim sitom.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se voda iz mulja konačno uklanja centrifugom, pužnom prešom, komornom filter prešom ili trakastom filter prešom.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se voda iz mulja uklanja do sadržaja čvrstih supstanci od najmanje 30 tež.%.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što se voda iz mulja uklanja do sadržaja čvrstih supstanci od 35-60 tež.%.
