Postupak za pripravljanje supstituiranog spoja 3-aril-butil-amina opće formule Igdje R1 je odabran od H, C1-3-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog, R2 i R3 su uvijek neovisno jedan o drugome odabrani od H ili C1-4-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog, iliR2 i R3 zajedno tvore zasićeni C4-7-cikloalkilni ostatak, nesupstituiran ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiran, R4 je odabran od H, C1-3-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog, aR7 i R8 su uvijek neovisno jedan o drugome odabrani od H ili C1-3-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog, R9 do R13 su uvijek neovisno jedan o drugome odabrani od H, F, Cl, Br, I, CH2F, CHF2, CF3, OH, SH, OR14, OCF3, SR14, NR17R18, SOCH3, SOCF3; SO2CH3, SO2CF3, CN, COOR14, NO2, CONR17R18; C1-6-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog; fenila, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog; gdje je R14 odabran od C1-6-alkila; piridila, tienila, tiazolila, fenila, benzila ili fenetila, uvijek nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog; PO(O-C1-4-alkila)2, CO(OC1-5-alkila), CONH-C6H4-(C1-3-alkila), CO(C1-5-alkila), CO-CHR17-NHR18, CO-C6H4-R15, gdje R15 je orto-OCOC1-3-alkil ili meta- ili para-CH2N(R16)2, gdje R16 je C1-4-alkil ili 4-morfolino, kod čega u ostacima R14, R15 i R16 alkilne skupine mogu biti razgranane ili nerazgranane, zasićene ili nezasićene, nesupstituirane ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituirane; gdje su R17 i R18 uvijek neovisno jedan o drugome odabrani od H; C1-6-alkila, razgrananog ili nerazgrananog, zasićenog ili nezasićenog, nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog; fenila, benzila ili fenetila, uvijek nesupstituiranog ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiranog, iliR9 i R10 ili R10 i R11 zajedno tvore OCH2O, OCH2CH2O, OCH=CH, CH=CHO, CH=C(CH3)O, OC(CH3)=CH, (CH2)4 ili OCH=CHO prsten, uvijek u obliku jednog od njegovih čistih stereoizomera, osobito enantiomera ili dijastereomera, njihovih racemata ili u obliku smjese stereoizomera, osobito enentiomera ili dijastereomera, u bilo kojem proizvoljnom odnosu miješanja, ili uvijek u obliku fiziološki prihvatljive soli, ili uvijek u obliku solvata, naznačen time da je u prvom koraku a) primijenjen spoj 1-amino-3-aril-butan-3-ol opće formule IIgdje R1, R2, R3, R4, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12 i R13 imaju prethodno navedeno značenje, uvijek po potrebi u obliku jednog od njegovih čistih stereoizomera, osobito enantiomera ili dijastereomera, njegovih racemata ili u obliku smjese stereoizomera, osobito enantiomera ili dijastereomera, u bilo kojem proizvolj
