Abstract

Izum se odnosi na arilcikloalkilne derivate s razgranatim bočnim lancima, kao i na njihove fiziološki podnošljive soli i fiziološki funkcionalne derivate. Opisani su spojevi formule (I),u kojoj skupine imaju značenja definirana u opisu, te njihove fiziološki podnošljive soli i postupci za njihovu proizvodnju. Ovi spojevi su prikladni npr. za liječenje i/ili prevenciju poremećaja metabolizma masnekiseline i poremećaja trošenja glukoze, kao i poremećaja u kojima ulogu ima inzulinska rezistencija.
