Abstract

παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο για την παρασκευή και τον καθαρισμό σιταλοπράμης Χημ. Τύπος (1) στην οποία μια ένωση τύπου (ΙΙ) στον οποίο το Ζ είναι ιώδιο , βρώμιο,χλώριο ή CF3-(CF2)n-SO2-O-, όπου το n είναι 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7, ή 8, υποβάλλεται σε αντίδραση ανταλλαγής κυανίου με μια πηγή κυανίου το προκύπτον μικτό προιόν σιταλοπράμης υποβάλλεται προαιρετικά σε κάποιον αρχικό καθαρισμό και εν συνεχεία σε επεξεργασία με έναν παράγοντα σχηματισμού ομάδος αμιδίου ή παρόμοιου εν συνεχεία το αντιδρών μίγμα υποβάλλεται σε πλύση με οξύ/βάση και/ή κρυστάλλωση και ανακρυστάλλωση της σιταλοπράμης ώστε να απομακτυνθούν τα σχηματιζόμενα αμίδια απο τη μικτή σιταλοπράμη και η προκύπτουσα σιταλοπράμη προαιρετικά καθαρίζεται περαιτέρω, υποβάλλεται σε επεξεργασία και/ή απομονώνεται ως βάση ή ως φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτό άλας της . ΰ
