677,225. Sound reproducing devices. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES, Ltd. June 11, 1948 [June 13, 1947], No. 15648/47. Addition to 624,566. Class 40 (iv). In an electro-acoustic transducer of the magnetic-acoustic diaphragm type having an auxiliary polepiece on the side of the diaphragm opposite to the main polepiece, as described in the parent Specification, the diaphragm 2 is mounted over, and supported by, the pole of the permanent magnet 1, with which the additional polepiece 6 co-operates. Specification 624,149 is referred to.
