531,362. Automatic and repeating firearms. DANUVIA IPARI ES KERESKEDELMI R. T., KIRALY, P. DE., and KUOHER, J. July 19, 1939, No. 21020. [Class 119] A magazine for an automatic or repeating firearm is held in a sleeve by a catch 2 the sleeve being pivoted in the breech casing at 11 so that it may swing into an out-of-action position, Fig. 1, approximately parallel to the bore of the gun, in which position a spring-actuated lever 20, pivoted to the sleeve, covers the magazine opening of the gun. One end of the lever 20 has a tooth 22 which engages the front end of the trigger-guard 10. In the operative position of the magazine, Fig. 2, a tooth 3 on the lever 20 is engaged by a spring-controlled lever 5, whereby the magazine is locked in action position.
