489,856. Speed governors. C. A. V.- BOSCH, Ltd., HOPKINS, V. H. F., and NICOLLS, W. E. W. Feb. 4, 1937, No. 3296. [Class 57] The movements of a centrifugal governor b are transmitted by a lever g, mounted on a manually adjustable fulcrum j, to the control rack i of a fuel-injection pump. At idling speeds the lever g engages a spring-loaded adjustable stop-n to minimize the tendency to hunt. The housing of the stop n may be provided on the lever g, the stop w then engaging an abutment on the casing. Either the abutment or the housing may be adjustable.
