Two-stroke-cycle engines.-Oppositely moving pistons 3, 4 compress in separate crank-cases 9, and deliver the mixture through separate transfer passages 8. Two exhaust ports 6 are placed opposite the cylinder admission ports, and there are separate admission ports 7 to the crank cases.
