Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Matériau composite comprenant un matériau tissé ou non tissé à base de fibres d'origine naturelle, imprégné d'une ou de plusieurs résines thermodurcissables et d'un agent expansé, caractérisé en ce que les fibres d'origine naturelle sont des fibres minérales ou végétales, sous forme de feutre.
- 2. Matériau selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdites fibres sont choisies parmi le basalte, le lin, le chanvre , le maïs, le tournesol ou le bambou.
- 3. Matériau selon la revendication 1 ou 2 tel que ladite résine est choisie parmi les résines de type phénolique ou les résines naturelles à base aqueuse.
- 4. Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes tel que l'agent expanseur correspondant audit agent expansé est choisi parmi les expanseurs de type microsphères ou isobutane.
- 5. Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes tel que il comprend en poids entre 20% et 60% de fibres d'origine naturelle et entre 40% et 80% de mélange résine/agent expansé.
- 6. Matériau composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes présentant une densité comprise entre 30 kg/m3 et 1,5 tonne/m3.
- 7. Procédé de préparation d'un matériau composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant les étapes suivantes : i) l'imprégnation des fibres d'origine naturelle sous forme de feutre par un mélange de résine thermoplastique et d'agent expanseur en base aqueuse ; ii) la déshumidification du pré-imprégné ; iii) l'expansion du pré-imprégné ainsi déshumidifié ; et iv) l'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau.
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7 tel que le mélange de résine et d'agent expanseur en base aqueuse comprend de 20% à 90% de résine, 5% à 30% d'agent expanseur et de 5% à 30% d'eau.
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8 tel que la température d'expansion est comprise entre 40° et 180 °C.
- 10. Procédé selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9, tel que l'expansion est ralisée sous pression.
- 11. Matériau composite susceptible d'être obtenu par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10.
- 12. Utilisation d'un matériau composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou 11 pour l'isolation phonique, acoustique, thermique et mécanique.
