Abstract

Dispositif semi-conducteur photovoltaïque comprenant un corps de silicium amorphe hydrogéné, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : une couche d'un matériau électriquement isolant sur une surface de ce corps, cette couche isolante ayant une épaisseur telle que des porteurs de charge soient capables de traverser la couche par effet tunnel, et une couche métallique sur une surface de la couche isolante opposée au corps.
