Abstract
Dispositif comportant plusieurs thermocouples branchés en série. Dans ce dispositif qui est constitué à partir d'un substrat semi-conducteur 1 revêtu d'une couche épitaxiale 2 contenant des régions dopées 3, le substrat 1 possède une épaisseur inférieur à 10 mu dans la région 100, à l'intérieur de laquelle sont disposés des contacts thermiques 6 pouvant être échauffés par le rayonnement, et possède une epaisseur supérieure à 200 mu dans la région où sont situés les contacts thermiques 3, Application notamment aux détecteurs de rayonnement infrarouge.
