Abstract

Module concentrateur destiné à des alignements de cellules solaires et comprenant un radiateur métallique présentant une surface plane de montage. Une entretoise semi-conductrice 28 est placée sur le substrat formé du radiateur. L'entretoise comporte une couche de matière isolante qui est constituée d'oxyde de silicium. La surface d'oxyde de silicium est fixée à la surface de montage du radiateur au moyen d'un adhésif ayant une bonne conductibilité thermique. Une cellule solaire semi-conductrice est fixée à l'entretoise au moyen de brasure. Un élément de couverture en verre, ayant une surface texturisée de manière à diffuser le rayonnement tombant sur la cellule, est fixé sur cette dernière au moyen d'un adhésif. Application à la récupération de l'énergie solaire.
