Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un brai déformable optiquement anisotrope. Un extraction au solvant donne une fraction de brai carboné qui peut être transformé en une matière déformable renfermant plus de 90 % d'une phase optiquement anisotrope. Application à la production d'articles façonnés en carbone, tels qu'électrodes, filaments continus de carbone et de graphite, etc.
