탄소 재료용 피치의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 얻어진 피치의 결정 구조를 나타내는 편광 현미경 사진이고,
제2도는 종래 기술에 따른 비교예 3에서 얻어진 피치의 편광 현미경 사진임.

Claims (3)

  1. (1)루이스산 촉매 존재하에 330℃에서 0.5내지 100시간 동안 가열함으로써 나프탈렌을 중합하고, (2)반응 혼합물로부터 상기 촉매를 제거한 후 5㎏ f/㎠ G이하의 압력하에 밀폐된 시스템에서 1내지 5시간 동안 390 내지 450℃에서 상기 반응 혼합물을 열처리하여 나프탈렌중합물의 방향족화를 실시하고, (3) 불활성 가스의 흐름하에서 감압하에 3 내지 10시간 동안 350 내지 380℃에서 상기 처리물질을 가열하여 상기 물질로부터 휘발성 성분을 제거하는 단계로 구성된, 거의 퀴놀린-가용성 및 광학적 비등방성인 탄소재료용 피치의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 나프탈렌 중합물의 방향족화 반응이 0.5 내지 3.0㎏ f/㎠ G의 압력하에 밀폐된 시스템에서 1 내지 3시간 동안 400 내지 430℃에서 실시되는 방법.
  3. 연화점 195 내지 230℃, 탄소에 대한 수소의 원자비(H/C) 0.53 내지 0.60, 평균 분자량 500 내지 1500,벤젠-불용성 물질의 함량 45 내지 70중량%와 300℃에서의 용융 점도 10내지 100포아즈를 나타내는 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 거의 퀴놀린-가용성이고 광학적 비등방성인 탄소 재료용 피치.
