Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en partikelformig bära-10 re för en olefinpolymerisationsprokatalysator innefattande en pä en bärare omsatt övergängsmetallförening, i vilket förfarande a) ett smält MgCl2-C2HjOH -komplex ästadkommes, innehällande i genomsnitt mellan 3,3 och 5,5 C2H3OH-molekyler per MgCl2-mole- 15 kyl, b) det smälta MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet sprutas genom ett ato-miserande munstycke i en kammare, där det bildar en partikelformig bärare och c) den partikelformiga bäraren avlägsnas ur kammaren, 20 kännetecknat av att sä mycket C2HsOH avlägsnas i steg b) ur MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet medelst värme, att den erhällna partikelformiga bäraren innehäller i genomsnitt mellan 2,0 och 3,2 C2HjOH-molekyler per MgCl2-molekyl. 25 2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att en smälta ästadkommes i steg a), som innehäller i medeltal mellan 3,5 och 4,0, företrädesvis cirka 3,7, C2H5OH-molekyler per MgCl2-molekyl. 30 3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att sä mycket C2Hs0H avlägsnas i steg b) ur MgCl2-C2HjOH -komplexet, att den erhällna partikelformiga bäraren innehäller i medeltal mellan 2,5 och 3,0, företrädesvis cirka 2,7 tili 2,9, C2H5OH-molekyler per MgCl2-molekyl. 1 35 Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat av att det smälta MgCl2-C2HsOH -komplexet sprutas i kam-marens övre del, där det hälles vid en temperatur, som av- ie 90248 lägsnar C2H5OH, och leds därefter i kammarens nedre del, där det avkyles för att bringa kömpiexsmältan innehällande mind-re C2H5OH att stelna tili den partikelformiga bäraren. 5 5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av att det smälta MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet hälles vid en temperatur där C2H5OH avlägsnas genom att spruta det i kammarens övre del upphettat väsentligen over dess smältpunkt och/eller genom att upprätthälla en temperatur i kammarens övre del, 10 som är högre än temperaturen i kammarens nedre del.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att det smälta MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet sprutas i kammarens övre del upphettat tili en temperatur av cirka +120...+250°C. 15

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5 eller 6, kännetecknat av att temperaturen +20...+150°C, företrädesvis +30...+80°C upprätthälles i kammarens övre del och temperaturen -30... +40°C, företrädesvis -20...+40°C, upprätthälles i kammarens 20 nedre del, under förutsättningen, att temperaturen i den nedre delen är lägre än temperaturen i den övre delen.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat av att MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet sprutas i kammarens övre 25 del upphettat tili en temperatur, som överstiger komplexets smälttemperatur och är högre än en temperatur, som är cirka (+130°C - temperaturen i kammarens övre del).
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, 3. kännetecknat av att MgCl2-C2H5OH -komplexet sprutas i kairana - ren medelst en het kväveström.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att temperaturerna i den övre och nedre de-

12. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att den erhällna partikelformiga bäraren omsättes med TiCl4 och eventuellt en elektrondonor för 10 ästadkommande av en olefinpolymerisationsprokatalysator.
13. Förfarande enligt ndgot av patentkraven 1-11, känne-tecknat av att den erhällna partikelformiga bäraren omsättes med TiCl4 och en elektrondonor för ästadkommande av en ole- 15 finpolymerisationprokatalysator.
