Claims (2)

1. Förfarande för frametällning av en i värme smältbar farmaceutisk komposition innehällande terfenadin, 5 som är lämpllg för fyllnlng av kapslar och sora vid avkyl-ning blldar en ytterst stabll fast massa, frän vilken terfenadin frigörs pä ett fördröjt sätt, känneteck-n a t därav, att vid en temperatur av cirka 60 - 80 °C smälts 68 - 92 viktdelar av en polyetylenglykol, som har 10 en medelmolekylvikt av 2000 - 6000, och tili den varma smältan sätts 8-28 viktdelar terfenadin eller ett farma-ceutiskt godtagbart sait därav och 1-5 viktdelar paraf-finvax under omröring.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -15 tecknat därav, att man använder 75-85 viktdelar av en polyetylenglykol, som har en medelmolekylvikt av 3350, 15 - 20 viktdelar terfenadin eller ett farmaceutiskt godtagbart sait därav och 1 viktdel paraffinvax.
