Claims (12)

1. Förfarande för bildande av ett pulverbeläggningsskikt en-ligt mönster pä en bildyta av ett färgbildrör, känneteck-n a t därav, att förfarande omfattar (1) ett första steg, vid vilket man pä den inre ytan av fram-skivan av ett färgbildrör anbringar som ett tunnt skikt en ljus-känslig komposition innehällande ett aromatisk diazoniumsalt, som sönderfaller under inverkan av ultraviolett ljus och vars ljus-reaktionsprodukt är hygroskopisk, (2) ett andra steg, vid vilket man utsätter det tunna skiktet för ultraviolett ljus enligt mönster genom en hälskiva, varvid de exponerade delarna blir klibbiga, varefter man bringar pulverpar-tiklar i kontakt med det tunna skiktet, varvid de exponerade ytor-na binder pulverpartiklar, och avlägsnar överskottspulverpartiklar frän ytan av det tunna skiktet, varefter detta steg upprepas ät-minstone en gäng, och (3) ett tredje steg, vid vilket minst en komponent av det aro-matiska diazoniumsaltets 1jusreaktionsprodukten omvandlas tili ett olösligt ämne efter bildandet av pulverskiktet enligt mönstret, varvid pulverbeläggningsskiktet fästs vid den inre ytan av fram-skivan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den ljuskänsliga kompositionen innehäller minst ett aromatiskt diazoniumsalt, som är p-diazometylanilinklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, p-diazodietylanilinklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, p-diazoetylhydroxietylanilinklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, 1- diazoantrakinonklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, 2- diazo-5-nitroanisolklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, l-diazo-4-nitronaftalenklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, p-diazoanisolklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, o-diazoanisolklorid-zinkklorid-dubbelsalt, p-diazodimetylanilin-tetrafluorborat, p-diazodietylanilin-tetrafluorborat, p-diazoetylhydroxietylanilin-tetrafluorborat, p-diazoanisol-tetrafluorborat, o-diazonisol-tetrafluorborat, p-diazodimetylanilinvätesulfat, p-diazodietylanilinvätesulfat eller p-diazodifenylaminvätesulfat. 22 71851
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den ljuskänsliga kompositionen innehaller ett aromatisk diazoniumsalt och en organisk polymerförening.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känneteck-n a t därav, att den ljuskänsliga kompositionen innehaller huvudsakligen ett aromatiskt diazoniumsalt och 1-1000 vikt-% av en organisk polymerförening, beräknat pä vikten av det aromatiska diazoniumsaltet.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känneteck-n a t därav, att mängden av den organiska polymerföreningen är 1-500 vikt-%, beräknat pä vikten av det aromatiska diazoniumsaltet .
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känneteck- n a t därav, att man använder minst en organisk polymerförening, som är arabiskt gummi, polyvinylalkoholr polyakrylamid, poly(N-vinylpyrrolidon), kopolymerer av akrylamid och diacetonakrylamid, kopolymerer av metylvinyleter och maleinsyraanhydrid, alginsyra, propylenglykolester av alginsyra, polyvinylacetat eller novolac-hartser.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känneteck- n a t därav, att den organiska polymerföreningen är vattenlöslig.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att det andra steget genomförs i en atmosfär med en relativ humiditet av 10-70 %.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att ängan av en alkohol eller en keton bringas ytterligare i kontakt med det enligt mönster bildade pulverskiktet och sedan bringas samma pulver som det nämnda pulvret igen i kontakt med pulverbeläggningsskiktet.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, känneteck-n a t därav, att alkoholen eller ketonen är minst en som valts bland metanol, etanol, isopropylalkohol, butylalkohol, aceton, metyletylketon och metylisobutylketon.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att ängan av en basisk substans bringas ytterligare i kontakt med det enligt mönster bildade pulverskiktet.
