SE PROPONE UN GEN DE FOSFATASA ACIDA COMPLEMENTANDO CEPAS DE LEVADURA DEFICIENTES EN FOSFATASA ACIDA POR TRANSFORMACION CON DNA PLASMIDO DE LEVADURA QUECONTIENE ESTE GEN, SE PREPARARAN SUBCLONES DEL GEN OBTENIDO Y SE IDENTIFICA LA UBICACION DE LA REGION PROMOTORA DE LOS SUBCLONES Y SE AISLAN FRAGMENTOSDE DNA QUE CONTENGAN EL PROMOTOR DE FOSFATASA ACIDA, SIENDO ESTE PROMOTOR EL PHO3 O PHO5 O MUTANTES DE LOS MISMOS QUE CONSERVAN LA FUNCION DEL PROMOTOR. ESTOS FRAGMENTOS SE DIGIEREN CON ENDONUCLEASA DE RESTRICCION O EXONUCLEASA PARA ACORTAR LA SECUENCIA LATERAL SIN AFECTAR A LA FUNCION DEL MOTOR.
