Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UNAMEZCLA E METANOL Y ALCOHOLES SUPERIORES GRADO CARBURANTE. CONSTA DE LAS SOGUIENTES FASES: 1) ALIMENTAR A UNREACTOR DE SINTESIS CON UNA MEZCLA DE CO Y H2. 2) EFRIGERAR LA MEZCLA DE REACCION CONSTITUIDA POR METANOL, ALCOHOLES SUPERIORES, AGUA Y GASES. 3) ENVIAR ESTA ULTIMA A UN REACTOR DE CONVERSION. 4) REFRIGERAR EL PRODUCTO DE REACCION. 5) SEPARAR LA FASE LIQUIDA CONSTITUIDA POR LA MEZCLA ALCOHOLICA Y LA FASE GASEOSA CONSTITUIDA POR CO, H2 Y CO2. 6) ENVIAR LA FASE GASEOSA A UNA SECCION DE ABSRCION PARA ELIMINAR EL CO2, SIENDO EL GAS PURIFICADO RECICLADO EN PARTE Y EN OTRA PARTE PURGADO. 7) EN VIAR LA FASE LIQUIDA A UNA SECCION DE EXTRACCION PAR ELIMINAR LOS GASES DISUELTOS EN LA MISMA EMPLEANDOSE COMO AGENTE EXTRACTOR LOS GASES DISUELTOS EN LA MISMA EMPLEANDOSE COMO AGENTE EXTRACTOR LOS GASES DE PURGA. 8) ENVIAR LA FASE LIQUIDA PURIFICADA A LA SECCION DE ABSORCION, DONDE ES IUTILIZADA COMO ABSORBENTE. LA TEMPERATURA DEL REACTOR OSCILA ENTRE 300 Y 500 GRADOSCENTIGRADOS, MIENTRAS QUE LAS PRESION DE SINTESIS ES SUPERIOR A 150 ATMOSFERAS.
