PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN PRODUCTO ALIMENTICIO DESHIDRATADO PARA PREPARAR JUGOS DE TOMATE. SE MEZCLA UN 50 POR 100 EN PESO DE UNA FECULA ACUOSA, COMO LA FECULA DE PATATA, CON PARTE DE SOLIDOS DE TOMATE, COMO TOMATE EN POLVO O PULPA DE TOMATE LIOFILIZADA. SE CALIENTE LA MEZCLA HASTA QUE SE GELATINIZA LA FECULA. SE ENFRIA LENTAMENTE LA COMPOSICION ELIMINANDO LA HUMEDAD HASTA UNA PROPORCION EN QUE SE FORMA UN ESPONJA DE FECULA COMPUESTA, LA CUAL SE MUELE EN GRANOS DE 1 A 3 MM, DE TAMAÑO. SE AÑADE EL RESTO DE LOS SOLIDOS DE TOMATE ESPESADORES, COMO FECULAS EN FORMA DE ESPONJA O NO, CARGAS Y SABORES. SE PUEDE PREPARAR PRIMERO LA ESPONJA DE FECULA SOLA Y AÑADIR POSTERIORMENTE LOS DEMAS INGREDIENTES EN DISTINTAS PROPORCIONES.
