Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA SOLUCION INYECTABLE ESTABLE DE UN QUELATO DE MAGNESIO-CALCIO-OXITETRACICLINA. SE DISUELVE ACETATO CALCICO EN PARTE DEL AGUA. SE MEZCLA 2-PIRROLIDONA CON LA MAYOR PARTE DEL AGUA Y SE LE AÑADE POLIVINILPIRROLIDONA. SE CALIENTA LA SOLUCION A 45-75GC Y SE AÑADEN ANTIOXIDANTES, CON AGITACION, PARA DARLE MAS ESTABILIDAD. SE SUSPENDE EL OXIDO MAGNETICO EN ESTA DISOLUCION Y SE VA AÑADIENDO LA OXITETRACICLINA, CON AGITACION, HASTA QUE SE DISUELVE. SE LE AÑADE LA SOLUCION DE ACETATO CALCICO MEDIANTE AGITACION Y SE OBTIENE UNA SOLUCION TRANSPARENTE QUE SE ENFRIA A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE, AGREGANDOLE AGUA PARA OBTENER LA CONCENTRACION NECESARIA. O
