Procedimiento de control y de mando en un aparato concebido para trasladar una materia en forma de cinta de una bobina suministradora sobre una bobina receptora, según el procedimiento se miden las velocidades de rotación de la bobina suministradora y de la bobina receptora y se establece, independientemente de la velocidad y del sentido de paso de la cinta, la relación de estas medidas caracterizada por el hecho que se memorizan en el aparato unas informaciones patrón representando las características de diferentes tipos de bobinas y de cintas, que se liberan las informaciones patrón correspondientes a las bobinas y cintas utilizadas,
