Abstract

1.Dispositivo protector para la pista de guía de dos partes de máquina apoyadas de modo longitudinalmente movible una en otra y accionadas, caracterizado porque la pista de guía está dispuesta adosadamente a una primera parte de la máquina, dentro de un canal de guía totalmente cerrado excepto una rendija longitudinal, penetrando a través de la rendija los elementos de guía de la otra parte de la máquina, y porque la rendija es cubierta por una correa en la zona que no está cubierta por la otra parte de la máquina. 2. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la correa está guiada en bucle en la otra parte de la máquina, entre dos rodillos tensores, a través de un rodillo de desviación, al cual está dispuesto a una cierta distancia por encima de los rodillos tensores y de la pista de guía. 3. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 1 y 2, caracterizado porque la correa está estructurada como correa dentada y el rodillo de desviación está estructurado como piñón de accionamiento. 4. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la correa está estructurada como correa dentada, la cual está guiada en torno a dos ruedas, dispuestas junto al extremo parte de la máquina, de las cuales por lo menos una es accionada por motor, y porque los extremos de la correa dentada están unidos con la otra parte de la máquina. 5. Dispositivo protector según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque como elementos de guía están previstos por lo menos dos pares de cojinetes de circulación de bolas dispuestos uno tras de otro, los cuales están dispuestos adosadamente a la otra parte de la máquina en la zona situada por debajo del bucle de la correa. 6. Dipositivo protector según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque los cojinetes de circulación de bolas pertenecientes a un par están apoyados en un hombro, que se encuentra entre ellos, de la otra parte de la máquina, y porque el canal de guía de la primera partede la máquina está formado por dos listones de guía, cuya distancia recíproca es ajustable. 7. Dispositivo protector según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque la pista de guía está formada como una espada horizontal aplanada con superficies de rodadura laterales, inclinadas en forma de tronco de cono, con las cuales los elementos de guía, en forma de rodillos de guía correspondientes perfilados, dispuestos lateralmentee, están en aplicación vertical y horizontal con continuidad de forma. 8. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado porque el canal de guía está formado por la primera parte de la máquina y por chapas de cubierta laterales, dispuestas junto a ésta, las cuales dejan libres entre sí la rendija. 9. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 1 o una de las siguientes, caracterizado porque el canal de guía tiene por el exterior, a ambos lados de la rendija, unos hombros de adosamiento que discurren longitudinalmente, para la correa. 10. Dispositivo protector segúnla reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque la superficie de adosamiento sobre el canal de guía para la correa dentada está formada por listones o correas dentadas, cuyo dentado se adapta dentro del de la correa dentada primeramente mencionada. 11. Dispositivo protector según las reivindicaciones 3 y 4, caracterizado porque la correa dentada consta de una ancha banda de soporte y de un estrecho listón dentado, aplicándose el listón dentado dentro de la rendija, y apoyándose la banda de soporte, por el exterior, sobre los bordes del canal de guía. 12. Dispositivo protector según la reivindicación 1 o una de las siguientes, caracterizado por su disposición en número múltiplo en el caso de un manipulador que genera movimientos bidimensionales o tridimensionales. 13. Dispositivo protector para la pista de guía de dos partes de máquina apoyadas de modo longitudinalmente movible una en otra.
