Abstract

1. Cabinet with a sliding door (2, 4), more particularly a mirror door, with rail sections which are constructed more particularly as bottom rails (24) or top rails (25), and which further comprise guide means for the sliding door (2, 4) which is moveable in the horizontal direction, and which define the inner space (18) of the cabinet, and with a back wall (72) which is connected to the rail sections (24, 50) and is disposed substantially at right angles to the surfaces (76, 80) thereof, whilst outside the inner space (18) there are provided abutment portions (82, 84) substantially perpendicular to the surfaces (76, 80) of the rail sections (24, 50), characterised in that the rail sections (24, 50) have arcuate extension (74, 78) in the region of the junctions with the back wall (72) and the rear sides of the arcuate extensions (74, 78) adjoin the abutment portions (82, 84) in the same plane.
