Abstract

本發明提供一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其包含一基座、一滑座、一驅動單元、一定位皮帶,以及一傳動皮帶,滑座設於基座而可沿一直線方向往復滑動,驅動單元設於滑座,定位皮帶和傳動皮帶兩端皆固設在基座且分別具有一齒排,定位皮帶和傳動皮帶的齒排相對嚙合,並有一繞設段繞出定位皮帶而嚙合傳動地繞設在驅動單元的驅動輪。當驅動輪轉動時,帶動繞設段在傳動皮帶上連續變換位置,同時牽引滑座於基座上沿直線方向滑動,利用定位皮帶和傳動皮帶之組合以提升剛性,藉此構成本發明。

Description

具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構
本發明係關於一種機械設備之傳動機構,尤指一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構。
目前工業用的機械設備,例如工具機帶動工件移動的工作台,或是換刀裝置的取刀移動機構,常有單軸向或多軸向的線性移動需求,故在機械設備上會有滑座安裝的必要。一般滑座的驅動,較佳的是使用伺服馬達搭配導螺桿來作為傳動手段,雖能達到高移動精密度的要求,但構件成本也相對較高。
為求降低滑座驅動的成本,有的滑座是以齒條配合齒輪作為傳動手段者,也有滑座是以皮帶配合皮帶輪作為傳動手段者。其中,齒條配合齒輪作為傳動手段者,雖具有較佳的剛性,但相對於皮帶及皮帶輪之構件成本相對較高。反觀以皮帶配合皮帶輪作為傳動手段者,其構件成本具有相對較低的優勢,但皮帶因具有可撓性,所以在傳動時的主要問題是剛性不足,特別是當皮帶所須傳動的距離較遠而較長時,皮帶會因所提供的張力不足以繃緊而產生撓曲,剛性不足的問題會更為明顯,結果將造成滑座傳動的精度不佳。
因此,如何解決上述習用滑座傳動的問題,特別是以皮帶傳動而明顯有剛性不足的問題,即為本發明之重點所在。
為解決上述課題,本發明提供一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,係由兩皮帶搭配驅動輪而可帶動滑座移動,且兩皮帶以齒對齒而嚙合,傳動時由一皮帶固定而提供另一皮帶穩固傳動之剛性。
本發明之一項實施例提供一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其包含一基座、一滑座、驅動單元、一定位皮帶以及一傳動皮帶,其中滑座設於基座,且可在基座上沿一直線方向往復滑動。驅動單元設於滑座,驅動單元包括一驅動輪可被驅動旋轉。定位皮帶的兩端固設在基座且沿直線方向延伸,定位皮帶具有一第一齒排,第一齒排設於定位皮帶的兩端之間。傳動皮帶的兩端亦固設在基座且貼合定位皮帶而延伸,傳動皮帶具有一第二齒排,第二齒排設於傳動皮帶的兩端之間,傳動皮帶以第二齒排和第一齒排相對嚙合,並有一繞設段繞出定位皮帶而嚙合傳動地繞設在驅動輪,驅動輪轉動以帶動繞設段在傳動皮帶上連續變換位置,同時牽引滑座於基座上沿直線方向滑動。
藉此,定位皮帶和傳動皮帶兩者皆沿前述直線方向延伸,且兩者呈貼合狀並以第一齒排和第二齒排相對嚙合,而當驅動輪轉動而帶動繞設段連續變換位置時,傳動皮帶在繞設段以外之其他區段仍皆和定位皮帶呈現第一齒排和第二齒排相對嚙合的狀態,所以不論是定位皮帶或傳動皮帶都不會有產生變形的問題,因此能在傳動時具有良好的剛性,以穩定帶動滑座沿所述直線方向滑動,以達到滑座以皮帶傳動而仍有良好精度的功效。
為便於說明本發明於上述發明內容一欄中所表示的中心思想,茲以具體實施例表達。實施例中各種不同物件係按適於說明之比例、尺寸、變形量或位移量而描繪,而非按實際元件的比例予以繪製,合先敘明。
請參閱圖1至圖10所示,本發明提供一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其包含一基座10、一滑座20、一驅動單元30、一定位皮帶40以及一傳動皮帶50,於本實施例中係以換刀裝置的取刀移動機構之應用為例,以下所述為第一實施例,其中:
所述滑座20,其設於基座10且可在基座10上沿一直線方向X往復滑動。於本實施例中,所述之基座10設有一矩陣式刀架11可供複數工具機所用之刀具12放置,且基座10上設有線性滑軌13,而所述滑座20係以滑塊21可滑動地設於線性滑軌13上,滑座20並立設有一立架22,且在立架22上設有一取刀裝置23,除了滑座20可於基座10沿所述直線方向X往復滑動,取刀裝置23也可以在立架22上縱向位移,俾供取刀裝置23能擇一刀具12放置處進行取放刀的動作。所述驅動單元30,其設於滑座20,故驅動單元30可隨滑座20在基座10上滑動,驅動單元30包括一驅動輪31,此驅動輪31是可被驅動而旋轉。
所述定位皮帶40,其於本實施例中之長度約略可延伸至基座10的兩端,定位皮帶40的兩端為固設在基座10,且定位皮帶40在被固設時是沿直線方向X而延伸,定位皮帶40具有一第一齒排41,第一齒排41設於定位皮帶40的兩端之間。
所述傳動皮帶50,其於本實施例中和定位皮帶40為兩獨立的帶體,且傳動皮帶50的長度和定位皮帶40的長度約略等長,傳動皮帶50的兩端亦固設在基座10,且傳動皮帶50是貼合著定位皮帶40而延伸,而傳動皮帶50具有一第二齒排51,第二齒排51設於傳動皮帶50的兩端之間,在傳動皮帶50貼合定位皮帶40時,傳動皮帶50以第二齒排51和第一齒排41相對嚙合,而有一繞設段S繞出定位皮帶40,此繞設段S嚙合傳動地繞設在驅動輪31,而當驅動輪31轉動時,會帶動繞設段S在傳動皮帶50上連續變換位置,同時牽引滑座20於基座10上沿直線方向X滑動。
如前所述,定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50於本實施例中為兩獨立的帶體,且定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50分別以兩端被固設在基座10,故於本實施例中,基座10於相異的兩端分別具有一夾座14,定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50的兩端是分別被兩夾座14所固定,令定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50沿著直線方向X而延伸。此外,定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50除可為兩獨立的帶體外,定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50亦可為同一環狀帶體(圖中未示),當其兩端被固設在基座10後(如前述被兩夾座14所固定時),所述環狀帶體便分為兩邊而形成定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50。換言之,定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50可為兩獨立帶體,或為一體之帶體結構。
於本實施例中,驅動單元30包括一伺服馬達32,伺服馬達32連結一第一傳動件,驅動輪31設有一第二傳動件,該第一傳動件和該第二傳動件間以一連結件可傳動地連結。較佳地,該第一傳動件為一皮帶輪321,第二傳動件則為驅動輪31所設之另一皮帶輪311,該連結件為驅動皮帶33,藉此連結件可傳動地繞設在第一傳動件和第二傳動件,即驅動皮帶33可傳動地繞設在皮帶輪311和皮帶輪321,故當伺服馬達32驅動皮帶輪321轉動時,即可透過驅動皮帶33而帶動皮帶輪311旋轉,進而連動驅動輪31轉動。
承上,驅動單元30並設有兩抵壓滾輪34,這兩抵壓滾輪34分別在繞設段S的兩邊抵壓傳動皮帶50,讓傳動皮帶50能貼合於定位皮帶40,藉此讓傳動皮帶50除繞設段S外,都能維持第二齒排51與第一齒排41相對嚙合。此外,本實施例之定位皮帶40具有一支撐件,此支撐件於定位皮帶40是位在異於傳動皮帶50所在的相反側,以所述支撐件保持第一齒排41和傳動皮帶50之第二齒排51能相對嚙合。
較佳地,所述支撐件為兩背靠滾輪42,這兩背靠滾輪42是設在滑座20上,且兩背靠滾輪42的位置和兩抵壓滾輪34相對,兩抵壓滾輪34和兩背靠滾輪42隨著滑座20而同步移動,且兩抵壓滾輪34抵壓傳動皮帶50而貼合定位皮帶40時,以兩背靠滾輪42對定位皮帶40提供背靠支撐。
上述實施例之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構於實際操作時,如圖5所示,滑座20位於圖中的右側,若要將滑座20往左側滑動,則由伺服馬達32帶動驅動輪31順時鐘旋轉,此時繞設段S在傳動皮帶50上會從右側連續變換位置至左側,因而帶動滑座20往圖中的左側滑動,直至如圖6所示,滑座20往圖中左側滑動至定位;反之,若伺服馬達32帶動驅動輪31改以逆時鐘旋轉,此時繞設段S在傳動皮帶50上會從左側連續變換位置至右側(圖中未示),因而帶動滑座20往圖中的右側滑動,直至定位。
由上述之說明不難發現本發明之特點,在於定位皮帶40和傳動皮帶50兩者皆沿直線方向X延伸,而當驅動輪31轉動而帶動繞設段S連續變換位置時,傳動皮帶50除繞設段S之外,其與定位皮帶40和皆呈貼合狀並以第一齒排41和第二齒排51相對嚙合,所以傳動皮帶50在傳動滑座20沿直線方向X滑動時,傳動皮帶50即使所須傳動的距離較遠而較長,因有定位皮帶40以第一齒排41嚙合第二齒排51而生限制和導引的功能,使傳動皮帶50能在傳動時具有良好的剛性,藉此能夠穩定地帶動滑座20沿所述直線方向X滑動,具有成本相對於普遍使用的導螺桿或齒條較低的優點,但對滑座20仍可達到傳動時具有良好精度的功效。
如圖7至圖8所示,為本發明之第二實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異在於,本實施例之定位皮帶40的寬度大於傳動皮帶50的寬度,而在第二齒排51和該第一齒排41相對嚙合時,該定位皮帶40相對該傳動皮帶50延伸一定位部43,此定位部43於本實施例中是往基座10的方向伸設。而本實施例之支撐件,除兩背靠滾輪42,更包括有固定座44,其係固定於基座10,定位皮帶40以定位部43被固定座44沿直線方向X而固持定位。
詳言之,本實施例之固定座44係以兩個為例,係在兩夾座14之間平均設置,各固定座44包括一L形塊441和一後板442,以L形塊441和後板442在定位部43的兩側夾持,以沿著直線方向X定位。此外,固定座44可以是一個而沿著定位皮帶40之長度而設,或是兩個以上而間隔設置,以在兩夾座14之間固定於定位部43而使定位皮帶40能維持呈直線狀為目的。此外,在不同實施態樣時,所述支撐件可不包括背靠滾輪42,而僅由固定座44對定位皮帶40之定位部43夾持固定,並由固定座44對定位皮帶40提供支撐,以使定位皮帶40能維持呈直線狀。
如圖9至圖10所示,為本發明之第三實施例,與第一、二實施例之主要差異在於,所述支撐件可為一固定背板45,此固定背板45於本實施例中呈L形而固定於基座10(圖中未示),固定背板45是沿著定位皮帶40之長度而設,而定位皮帶40於固定背板45上結合固定(例如螺栓鎖固或膠黏固定),亦在使定位皮帶40能維持呈直線狀為目的。
以上所舉實施例僅用以說明本發明而已,非用以限制本發明之範圍。舉凡不違本發明精神所從事的種種修改或變化,俱屬本發明意欲保護之範疇。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其包含:一基座;一滑座,其設於該基座,且可在該基座上沿一直線方向往復滑動;一驅動單元,其設於該滑座,包括一可被驅動旋轉之驅動輪;一定位皮帶,其兩端固設在該基座且沿該直線方向延伸,該定位皮帶具有一第一齒排,該第一齒排設於該定位皮帶的兩端之間;以及一傳動皮帶,其兩端亦固設在該基座且貼合該定位皮帶而延伸,該傳動皮帶具有一第二齒排,該第二齒排設於該傳動皮帶的兩端之間,該傳動皮帶以該第二齒排和該第一齒排相對嚙合,並有一繞設段繞出該定位皮帶而嚙合傳動地繞設在該驅動輪,該驅動輪轉動以帶動該繞設段在該傳動皮帶上連續變換位置,同時牽引該滑座於該基座上沿該直線方向滑動;其中,該驅動單元設有複數抵壓滾輪,該複數抵壓滾輪分別在該繞設段的兩邊抵壓該傳動皮帶而貼合該定位皮帶;其中,該定位皮帶在異於該傳動皮帶所在的相反側具有一支撐件,該支撐件為複數背靠滾輪設於該滑座,且該複數背靠滾輪的位置和該複數抵壓滾輪相對,該複數抵壓滾輪和該複數背靠滾輪隨該滑座同步移動,且該複數抵壓滾輪抵壓該傳動皮帶而貼合該定位皮帶時,以該複數背靠滾輪對該定位皮帶提供背靠支撐,使該傳動皮帶除該繞設段外都能維持該第二齒排與該第一齒排相對嚙合。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該定位皮帶的寬度大於該傳動皮帶的寬度,在該第二齒排和該第一齒排相對嚙合時,該定位皮帶相對該傳動皮帶延伸一定位部,該支撐件包括一固定於該基座之固定 座,該定位皮帶以該定位部被該固定座沿該直線方向而固持定位。
  3. 如請求項2所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該固定座包括一L形塊和一後板,以該L形塊和該後板在該定位部的兩側夾持而定位。
  4. 如請求項1所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該驅動單元包括一伺服馬達,該伺服馬達連結一第一傳動件,該驅動輪設有一第二傳動件,該第一傳動件和該第二傳動件間以一連結件可傳動地連結。
  5. 如請求項4所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該第一傳動件和該第二傳動件皆為皮帶輪,該連結件為驅動皮帶而可傳動地繞設在該第一傳動件和該第二傳動件。
  6. 如請求項1所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該基座於相異的兩端分別具有一夾座,該定位皮帶和該傳動皮帶的兩端分別被該兩夾座固定而沿該直線方向延伸。
  7. 如請求項1或6所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該定位皮帶和該傳動皮帶為兩獨立的帶體而分別以兩端被固設在該基座。
  8. 如請求項1或6所述之具剛性提升的皮帶移動機構,其中,該定位皮帶和該傳動皮帶為同一環狀帶體在兩端被固設在該基座後分為兩邊所形成。
