Abstract

本发明提供一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其包含一基座、一滑座、一驱动单元、一定位齿排皮带,以及一传动齿排皮带,滑座设于基座而可沿一直线方向往复滑动,驱动单元设于滑座,定位齿排皮带和传动齿排皮带两端皆固设在基座且分别具有一齿排,定位齿排皮带和传动齿排皮带的齿排相对啮合,并有一绕设段绕出定位齿排皮带而啮合传动地绕设在驱动单元的驱动轮。当驱动轮转动时,带动绕设段在传动齿排皮带上连续变换位置,同时牵引滑座于基座上沿直线方向滑动,利用定位齿排皮带和传动齿排皮带的组合以提升刚性,藉此构成本发明。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械设备的传动机构,尤其涉及一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构。
背景技术
目前工业用的机械设备,例如工具机带动工件移动的工作台,或是换刀装置的取刀移动机构,常有单轴向或多轴向的线性移动需求,故在机械设备上会有滑座安装的必要。一般滑座的驱动,较佳的是使用伺服马达搭配导螺杆来作为传动手段,虽能达到高移动精密度的要求,但构件成本也相对较高。
为求降低滑座驱动的成本,有的滑座是以齿条配合齿轮作为传动手段,也有滑座是以皮带配合皮带轮作为传动手段。其中,齿条配合齿轮作为传动手段,虽具有较佳的刚性,但相对于皮带及皮带轮的构件成本相对较高。反观以皮带配合皮带轮作为传动手段,其构件成本具有相对较低的优势,但皮带因具有可挠性,所以在传动时的主要问题是刚性不足,特别是当皮带所须传动的距离较远而较长时,皮带会因所提供的张力不足以绷紧而产生挠曲,刚性不足的问题会更为明显,结果将造成滑座传动的精度不佳。
因此,如何解决上述惯用滑座传动的问题,特别是以皮带传动而明显有刚性不足的问题,即为本发明的重点所在。
发明内容
为解决上述课题,本发明提供一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,由两皮带搭配驱动轮而可带动滑座移动,且两皮带以齿对齿而啮合,传动时由一皮带固定而提供另一皮带稳固传动的刚性。
本发明的一项实施例提供一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其包含一基座、一滑座、驱动单元、一定位齿排皮带以及一传动齿排皮带,其中基座设有一对线性滑轨,滑座以两滑块而滑设于基座的两线性滑轨上,且可在基座上沿一直线方向往复滑动。驱动单元设于滑座,驱动单元包括一驱动轮可被驱动旋转。定位齿排皮带的两端固设在基座并位于两线性滑轨之间且沿直线方向延伸,定位齿排皮带具有一第一齿排,第一齿排设于定位齿排皮带的两端之间,且该第一齿排呈直立设置并面向其中一个线性滑轨。传动齿排皮带的两端亦固设在基座并位于两线性滑轨之间且贴合定位齿排皮带而延伸,传动齿排皮带具有一第二齿排,第二齿排设于传动齿排皮带的两端之间,且第二齿排呈直立设置并面向另一个线性滑轨,以便传动齿排皮带以第二齿排和第一齿排相对啮合,并有一绕设段绕出定位齿排皮带而啮合传动地绕设在驱动轮,驱动轮转动以带动绕设段在传动齿排皮带上连续变换位置,同时牵引滑座于基座上沿直线方向滑动。
藉此,定位齿排皮带和传动齿排皮带两者皆沿前述直线方向延伸,且两者呈贴合状并以第一齿排和第二齿排相对啮合,而当驱动轮转动而带动绕设段连续变换位置时,传动齿排皮带在绕设段以外的其他区段仍皆和定位齿排皮带呈现第一齿排和第二齿排相对啮合的状态,所以不论是定位齿排皮带或传动齿排皮带都不会有产生变形的问题,因此能在传动时具有良好的刚性,以稳定带动滑座沿所述直线方向滑动,以达到滑座以皮带传动而仍有良好精度的效果。

请参阅图1至图10所示,本发明提供一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其包含一基座10、一滑座20、一驱动单元30、一定位齿排皮带40以及一传动齿排皮带50,于本实施例中以换刀装置的取刀移动机构的应用为例,以下所述为第一实施例,其中:
所述滑座20,其设于基座10且可在基座10上沿一直线方向X往复滑动。于本实施例中,所述的基座10设有一矩阵式刀架11可供复数工具机所用的刀具12放置,且基座10上设有一对线性滑轨13,而所述滑座20以两滑块21可滑动地设于两线性滑轨13上,滑座20并立设有一立架22,且在立架22上设有一取刀装置23,除了滑座20可于基座10沿所述直线方向X往复滑动,取刀装置23也可以在立架22上纵向位移,使得取刀装置23能择一刀具12放置处进行取放刀的动作。所述驱动单元30,其设于滑座20,故驱动单元30可随滑座20在基座10上滑动,驱动单元30包括一驱动轮31,此驱动轮31是可被驱动而旋转。
所述定位齿排皮带40,其于本实施例中的长度约略可延伸至基座10的两端,定位齿排皮带40的两端为固设在基座10,且定位齿排皮带40在被固设时是沿直线方向X而延伸,定位齿排皮带40具有一第一齿排41,第一齿排41设于定位齿排皮带40的两端之间,且第一齿排41呈直立设置并面向所述的其一线性滑轨13。
所述传动齿排皮带50,其于本实施例中和定位齿排皮带40为两独立的带体,且传动齿排皮带50的长度和定位齿排皮带40的长度约略等长,传动齿排皮带50的两端亦固设在基座10并位于两线性滑轨13之间,且传动齿排皮带50是贴合着定位齿排皮带40而延伸,而传动齿排皮带50具有一第二齿排51,第二齿排51设于传动齿排皮带50的两端之间,且第二齿排51呈直立设置并面向所述的另一线性滑轨13,在传动齿排皮带50贴合定位齿排皮带40时,传动齿排皮带50以第二齿排51和第一齿排41相对啮合,而有一绕设段S绕出定位齿排皮带40,此绕设段S啮合传动地绕设在驱动轮31,而当驱动轮31转动时,会带动绕设段S在传动齿排皮带50上连续变换位置,同时牵引滑座20于基座10上沿直线方向X滑动。
如前所述,定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50于本实施例中为两独立的带体,且定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50分别以两端被固设在基座10,故于本实施例中,基座10于相异的两端分别具有一夹座14,定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50的两端是分别被两夹座14所固定,令定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50沿着直线方向X而延伸。此外,定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50除可为两独立的带体外,定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50亦可为同一环状带体(图中未示),当其两端被固设在基座10后(如前述被两夹座14所固定时),所述环状带体便分为两边而形成定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50。换言之,定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50可为两独立带体,或为一体的带体结构。
于本实施例中,驱动单元30包括一伺服马达32,伺服马达32连接一第一传动件,驱动轮31设有一第二传动件,该第一传动件和该第二传动件间以一连接件可传动地连接。较佳地,该第一传动件为一皮带轮321,第二传动件则为驱动轮31所设的另一皮带轮311,该连接件为驱动皮带33,藉此连接件可传动地绕设在第一传动件和第二传动件,即驱动皮带33可传动地绕设在皮带轮311和皮带轮321,故当伺服马达32驱动皮带轮321转动时,即可透过驱动皮带33而带动皮带轮311旋转,进而连动驱动轮31转动。
承上,驱动单元30并设有两抵压滚轮34,这两抵压滚轮34分别在绕设段S的两边抵压传动齿排皮带50,让传动齿排皮带50能贴合于定位齿排皮带40,藉此让传动齿排皮带50除绕设段S外,都能维持第二齿排51与第一齿排41相对啮合。此外,本实施例的定位齿排皮带40具有一支撑件,此支撑件于定位齿排皮带40是位在异于传动齿排皮带50所在的相反侧,以所述支撑件保持第一齿排41和传动齿排皮带50的第二齿排51能相对啮合。
较佳地,所述支撑件为两背靠滚轮42,这两背靠滚轮42是设在滑座20上,且两背靠滚轮42的位置和两抵压滚轮34相对,两抵压滚轮34和两背靠滚轮42随着滑座20而同步移动,且两抵压滚轮34抵压传动齿排皮带50而贴合定位齿排皮带40时,以两背靠滚轮42对定位齿排皮带40提供背靠支撑,让所述抵压滚轮34与所述背靠滚轮42之间的所述第一齿排41与所述第二齿排51被夹紧地啮合。
上述实施例的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构于实际操作时,如图5所示,滑座20位于图中的右侧,若要将滑座20往左侧滑动,则由伺服马达32带动驱动轮31顺时钟旋转,此时绕设段S在传动齿排皮带50上会从右侧连续变换位置至左侧,因而带动滑座20往图中的左侧滑动,直至如图6所示,滑座20往图中左侧滑动至定位;反之,若伺服马达32带动驱动轮31改以逆时钟旋转,此时绕设段S在传动齿排皮带50上会从左侧连续变换位置至右侧(图中未示),因而带动滑座20往图中的右侧滑动,直至定位。
由上述的说明不难发现本发明的特点,在于定位齿排皮带40和传动齿排皮带50两者皆沿直线方向X延伸,而当驱动轮31转动而带动绕设段S连续变换位置时,传动齿排皮带50除绕设段S之外,其与定位齿排皮带40和皆呈贴合状并以第一齿排41和第二齿排51相对啮合,所以传动齿排皮带50在传动滑座20沿直线方向X滑动时,传动齿排皮带50即使所须传动的距离较远而较长,因有定位齿排皮带40以第一齿排41啮合第二齿排51而生限制和导引的功能,使传动齿排皮带50能在传动时具有良好的刚性,藉此能够稳定地带动滑座20沿所述直线方向X滑动,具有成本相对于普遍使用的导螺杆或齿条较低的优点,但对滑座20仍可达到传动时具有良好精度的效果。
如图7至图8所示,为本发明的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的主要差异在于,本实施例的定位齿排皮带40的宽度大于传动齿排皮带50的宽度,而在第二齿排51和该第一齿排41相对啮合时,该定位齿排皮带40相对该传动齿排皮带50延伸一定位部43,此定位部43于本实施例中是往基座10的方向伸设。而本实施例的支撑件,除两背靠滚轮42,更包括有固定座44,其固定于基座10,定位齿排皮带40以定位部43被固定座44沿直线方向X而固持定位。
详言之,本实施例的固定座44以两个为例,在两夹座14之间平均设置,各固定座44包括一L形块441和一后板442,以L形块441和后板442在定位部43的两侧夹持,以沿着直线方向X定位。此外,固定座44可以是一个而沿着定位齿排皮带40的长度而设,或是两个以上而间隔设置,以在两夹座14之间固定于定位部43而使定位齿排皮带40能维持呈直线状为目的。此外,在不同实施态样时,所述支撑件可不包括背靠滚轮42,而仅由固定座44对定位齿排皮带40的定位部43夹持固定,并由固定座44对定位齿排皮带40提供支撑,以使定位齿排皮带40能维持呈直线状。
如图9至图10所示,为本发明的第三实施例,与第一、二实施例的主要差异在于,所述支撑件可为一固定背板45,此固定背板45于本实施例中呈L形而固定于基座10(图中未示),固定背板45是沿着定位齿排皮带40的长度而设,而定位齿排皮带40于固定背板45上结合固定(例如螺栓锁固或胶黏固定),亦在使定位齿排皮带40能维持呈直线状为目的。
以上所列举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已,非用以限制本发明的范围。凡是不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或变化,俱属本发明意欲保护的范畴。

Claims (8)

1.一种具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,包括:
一基座,所述基座设有一对线性滑轨;
一滑座,其以两滑块而滑设于所述基座的两线性滑轨上,且可在所述基座上沿一直线方向往复滑动;
一驱动单元,其设于所述滑座,包括一可被驱动旋转的驱动轮;
一定位齿排皮带,其两端固设在所述基座并悬空位于所述两线性滑轨之间且沿所述直线方向延伸,所述定位齿排皮带具有一第一齿排,所述第一齿排设于所述定位齿排皮带的两端之间,且所述第一齿排呈直立设置并面向所述的其中一个线性滑轨;以及
一传动齿排皮带,其两端也固设在所述基座并悬空位于所述两线性滑轨之间且贴合所述定位齿排皮带而延伸,所述传动齿排皮带具有一第二齿排,所述第二齿排设于所述传动齿排皮带的两端之间,且所述第二齿排呈直立设置并面向所述的另一个线性滑轨,以便所述传动齿排皮带以所述第二齿排和所述第一齿排相对啮合,并有一绕设段绕出所述定位齿排皮带而啮合传动地绕设在所述驱动轮,所述驱动轮转动以带动所述绕设段在所述传动齿排皮带上连续变换位置,同时牵引所述滑座于所述基座上沿所述直线方向滑动,
其中,所述驱动单元设有复数抵压滚轮,所述复数抵压滚轮分别在所述绕设段的两边抵压所述传动齿排皮带而贴合所述定位齿排皮带,所述定位齿排皮带在异于所述传动齿排皮带所在的相反侧具有一支撑件,所述支撑件为复数背靠滚轮,所述复数背靠滚轮设于所述滑座,且所述复数背靠滚轮的位置和所述复数抵压滚轮相对,所述复数抵压滚轮和所述复数背靠滚轮随所述滑座同步移动,且所述复数抵压滚轮抵压所述传动齿排皮带而贴合所述定位齿排皮带时,以所述复数背靠滚轮对所述定位齿排皮带提供背靠支撑,让所述抵压滚轮与所述背靠滚轮之间的所述第一齿排与所述第二齿排被夹紧地啮合,且使所述传动齿排皮带除所述绕设段外都能维持所述第二齿排与所述第一齿排相对啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述定位齿排皮带的宽度大于所述传动齿排皮带的宽度,在所述第二齿排和所述第一齿排相对啮合时,所述定位齿排皮带相对所述传动齿排皮带延伸一定位部,所述支撑件包括一固定于所述基座的固定座,所述定位齿排皮带以所述定位部被所述固定座沿所述直线方向固持定位。
3.如权利要求2所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述固定座包括一L形块和一后板,以所述L形块和所述后板在所述定位部的两侧夹持而定位。
4.如权利要求1所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括一伺服马达,所述伺服马达连接一第一传动件,所述驱动轮设有一第二传动件,所述第一传动件和所述第二传动件间以一连接件可传动地连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述第一传动件和所述第二传动件皆为皮带轮,所述连接件为驱动皮带而可传动地绕设在所述第一传动件和所述第二传动件。
6.如权利要求1所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述基座于相异的两端分别具有一夹座,所述定位齿排皮带和所述传动齿排皮带的两端分别被该两夹座固定而沿所述直线方向延伸。
7.如权利要求1或6所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述定位齿排皮带和所述传动齿排皮带为两独立的带体而分别以两端被固设在所述基座。
8.如权利要求1或6所述的具刚性提升的齿排皮带移动机构,其特征在于,所述定位齿排皮带和所述传动齿排皮带为同一环状带体在两端被固设在所述基座后分为两边而形成。
