Abstract
Una junta de expansión para unir un espacio de expansión entre dos partes de losas de concreto utilizadas en la construcción del piso, la junta de expansión que comprende una clavija (7) de anclaje para anclar la junta de expansión en el hormigón, dicha clavija (7) de anclaje que se extiende longitudinalmente sobre la longitudtotal de la junta de expansión y que serpentea sobre una porción superior e inferior de dicha junta, caracterizada porque la clavija (7) de anclaje es una barra continua de puente (7) que une la porción superior (2) e inferior (3) de dicha junta de expansión y, en consecuencia, conectado a intervalos (19) regulares a las porciones superior e inferior (2, 3) de la junta de expansión.

DESCRIPCION
Junta de expansion
La presente invencion se refiere a una junta de expansion para unir un espacio de expansion entre dos partes de losas de hormigon utilizadas en la construccion de pisos, especialmente en la fabricacion de pisos de concreto, como por ejemplo en pisos industriales. Evidentemente, se requiere que dichas juntas de expansion retengan el inevitable proceso de contraccion del hormigon y aseguren que los elementos del piso puedan expandirse o contraerse, por ejemplo, debido a las fluctuaciones de temperatura y como resultado un desplazamiento horizontal de los paneles del piso con respecto a unos y otros.
Las clavijas de anclaje para anclar la junta de expansion en las lozas ya se conocen del documento US 2039 144 o del documento FR 2848581.
Es un objeto de la invencion proporcionar una junta estructural con estabilidad incrementada y resistencia a la torsion.
Este objetivo se logra porque la junta de expansion comprende una clavija de anclaje que se extiende longitudinalmente sobre toda la longitud de la junta de expansion y serpentea sobre una porcion superior e inferior de dicha junta, en donde la clavija de anclaje es una clavija de puente continuo que une la porcion superior y la porcion inferior de la junta de expansion, y en consecuencia se conecta a intervalos regulares a las partes superior e inferior de la junta de expansion.
Dicha clavija de puente continuo proporciona estabilidad adicional y resistencia a la torsion a la junta de expansion.
Otras ventajas y caractensticas de la invencion seran claras de la siguiente referencia a la descripcion que se hace a los dibujos adjuntos.

La junta de expansion comprende clavijas (7) de anclaje para anclar el dispositivo en las losas. Las clavijas de anclaje unen, y, en consecuencia, estan conectadas a la porcion 2, 3 superior e inferior de la junta de expansion. Con referencia a la Figura 2, la clavija 7 de anclaje que une la porcion superior e inferior consiste en una clavija que se extiende longitudinalmente en toda la longitud de la junta de expansion y serpentea sobre la porcion superior e inferior de dicha junta. Esta firmemente conectado a intervalos (19) regulares tanto a la porcion superior como a la inferior de la junta de expansion, por ejemplo, mediante soldadura, acoplamiento forzado con adhesivo u otros procesos. Tal clavija de puente continuo proporciona estabilidad adicional y resistencia a la torsion a la junta de expansion.
Como sera evidente para un experto en la tecnica, la aplicacion de esta clavija de puente continuo no se limita a las juntas de expansion corrugadas de la presente invencion, sino que tambien puede aplicarse a cualquier junta de expansion existente.
Con referencia a las figuras 2 y 3, en una realizacion particular, la clavija de anclaje de puente continuo se caracteriza ademas porque, entre los puntos (19) de conexion consecutivos a las porciones superior e inferior respectivas de la junta de expansion, la clavija es en forma de V cuando se ve desde una vista frontal en seccion transversal (Figura 1) y cuando se ve desde una vista superior (Figura 3). En otras palabras, en una realizacion particular, el pasador de puente continuo se caracteriza ademas porque entre cada uno de dichos puntos de conexion y cuando se ve en una vista frontal o superior en seccion transversal, la clavija de puente esta en forma de V.
Claims (3)
1. Una junta de expansion para unir un espacio de expansion entre dos partes de losas de concreto utilizadas en la construccion del piso, la junta de expansion que comprende una clavija (7) de anclaje para anclar la junta de expansion en el hormigon, dicha clavija (7) de anclaje que se extiende longitudinalmente sobre la longitud total de la junta de expansion y que serpentea sobre una porcion superior e inferior de dicha junta, caracterizada porque la clavija (7) de anclaje es una barra continua de puente (7) que une la porcion superior (2) e inferior (3) de dicha junta de expansion y, en consecuencia, conectado a intervalos (19) regulares a las porciones superior e inferior (2, 3) de la junta de expansion.
2. La junta de expansion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, en la que la clavija (7) de anclaje tiene puntos de conexion alternativos (19) a intervalos regulares con la porcion superior e inferior respectiva de la junta de expansion.
3. La junta de expansion de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 2, caracterizada ademas porque; entre cada uno de dichos puntos de conexion y cuando se ve en una vista frontal o en la vista superior de la seccion transversal, la clavija de puente esta en forma de V
