Abstract
elemento perfilado de estrutura leve conformado a frio de parede fina e método para produzir tal elemento perfilado. é descrito perfilado conformado a frio de parede fina, particularmente rebocos, pisos, tijoleiras ou cabos ou trilhos para prateleiras ou esgotos. o elemento perfilado possui um corpo perfilado estendido longitudinalmente em particular metálico ou composto de plástico, em que está configurada uma pluralidade de aberturas. o corpo perfilado compreende pelo menos duas seções longitudinais configuradas independentemente, compreendendo cada seção longitudinal um canto longitudinal configurado com forma de meandro. as seções longitudinais compreendem respectivamente uma seção estendida longitudinalmente assim como uma pluralidade de seções de união que se projetam lateralmente pela seção estendida longitudinalmente, que estão bordeadas pelo canto longitudinal com forma de meandro. as seções de união de uma das seções longitudinais estão orientadas para as seções de união da outra seção longitudinal e estão soldadas com as mesmas respectivamente junta com junta ou unidas entre si ao longo de cantos de junta dobrados. as aberturas estão bordeadas pelo menos por zonas por seções dos cantos longitudinais com forma de meandro. nas seções longitudinais estão configuradas nervuras de rigidez que têm um trajeto em direção longitudinal das seções longitudinais assim como nervuras de rigidez que têm um trajeto transversal com respeito a este, estando unidas as nervuras de rigidez que têm um trajeto transversal com as nervuras de rididez que têm um trajeto em direção longitudinal e sendo estendidas as nervuras de rigidez que têm um trajeto transversal ao interior das seções de união. além disso, é descrito um método para a fabricação de um elemento perfilado deste tipo.
