Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un producto semiacabado en forma de ramal, en particular en forma de banda, para contactos eléctricos, en el que el producto semiacabado posee una superficie superior destinada a la puesta en contacto eléctrico, constituida por un material compuesto a base de plata en el cual están integrados uno o varios óxidos de metal o carbono, y tiene una capa de soporte que lleva el material compuesto y está constituida de un metal común, fácil a ser estañado o soldado, con las etapas siguientes: - fabricación, a través de metalurgia de los polvos, de un bloque de material compuesto a base de plata, - envolvimiento del bloque de material compuesto con un polvo constituido de este metal común, fácil a estañar o a soldar, - prensado del bloque envuelto de polvo de metal para la compactación del polvo de metal, - sinterización del bloque prensado en una atmósfera reductora o en una atmósfera inerte o bajo vacío, evitando la formación de una eutéctica líquida a partir de la plata del material compuesto o a partir del metal común con el cual el bloque de material compuesto a base de plata está revestido, - deformación del bloque sinterado a través de la extrusión, - fabricación de un ramal parcial con un lado superior de material compuesto y un lado inferior de metal común.
