Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar un poliol que comprende material en partículas en forma dispersada, siendo la cantidad de material en partículas 30-80% en peso calculado sobre la composición total, en el que: - un compuesto reactivo con isocianato que comprende una pluralidad de grupos hidroxilo, amina primaria y/o amina secundaria y que tiene un peso equivalente de hasta 400 se emulsifica en un poliol, que tiene un peso equivalente de 1000-5000 y una funcionalidad de hidróxido nominal media de 2-6, a una temperatura de 60-100ºC bajo condiciones de mezcladura de alto cizallamiento, - se añade gradualmente un poliisocianato a la emulsión así formada mientras se mantiene la temperatura entre 60-120ºC y mientras se mantienen condiciones de alto cizallamiento, - la mezcla de reacción, obtenida después de que se haya añadido todo el poliisocianato, se deja reaccionar adicionalmente durante un período de tiempo de 10 minutos- 2 horas mientras se mantiene la temperatura entre 60- 120ºC, . - la mezcladura de alto cizallamiento se interrumpe y opcionalmente - el poliol así obtenido y que comprende el material en partículas en una cantidad de 30-80% en peso en forma dispersada se enfría hasta temperatura ambiente.
