Abstract

Proceso para preparar un poliol que comprende material particulado en forma dispersa, siendo la cantidad de material particulado de 30 - 80% en pesocalculada en base a la composicion total, donde: se emulsiona un compuesto reactivo al isocianato quecomprende multiples grupos hidroxil, amina primaria y/oamina secundaria, y que tiene un peso equivalente de hasta 400 en un poliol que tiene un peso equivalente de 1000 - 1500 y una funcionalidad hidroxi nominalpromedio de 2 - 6, a una temperaturade 60 - 100*C bajo condiciones de mezclado de alto esfuerzo cortante; gradualmente se agrega un poliisocianato a laemulsion formada de este modo, a la vez que se mantiene la temperatura entre 60 - 120*C, y mientras se mantienen las condiciones dealto esfuerzo cortante; sedeja seguir reaccionando la mezcla de reaccion, obtenida una vez anadido el poliisocianato durante un período de 10 minutos a 2 horas, preferiblemente de 10minutos a 1 hora, mientras se mantiene la temperatura entre 60 y120*C; s e interrumpe el mezclado por alto esfuerzo cortante; y, optativamente, se enfría elpoliol obtenido de este modo y que comprende material particulado en una cantidad entre 30 y 80% en peso en forma dispersa, a temperatura ambiente.Unacomposicion poli ol que comprende material particulado en forma dispersa y en una cantidad de 40 - 80% en peso calculada en base a la composicion total,teniendo esta composicion una viscosidad de 5000 - 25000 mPa.s a 25*C y comprendiendo elmaterial particulado produ ctos de reaccion de un compuesto reacticvoal isocianato que comprende multiples grupos hidroxil, amina primaria y/o secundaria, y que tiene un peso equivalente de hasta 400 y comprendiendooptativamente el difenilmetandiisocianato homologos del mismo que tienen una funcionalidad isocianato de 3 o más y/o variantes modificadas de dichospoliisocianatos.
