Abstract
Una estación de comunicación para comunicación con una segunda estación en una red de comunicación celular que utiliza modulación de amplio espectro, donde la segunda estación transmite comandos de potencia a la estación de comunicación basados en un nivel de potencia recibido desde la estación de comunicación, comprendiendo la estación de comunicación: - un transmisor (335, 341, 342) que tiene un nivel de potencia del transmisor ajustable para transmitir señales de amplio espectro; - medios (334, 335, 336, 339) para recibir de manera secuencial comandos de potencia desde una segunda estación con la que se está realizando la comunicación; - medios (344, 345, 346) para comparar una secuencia de al menos dos de los comandos de potencia recibidos para determinar si los comandos recibidos en la secuencia coinciden; y - medios (341) para ajustar el nivel de potencia del transmisor a una misma velocidad que la recepción de los comandos de potencia; donde si la secuencia de comandos coincide, el nivel de potencia del transmisor se ajusta en una cantidad diferente que si la secuencia de comandos no coincide.
