LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A NUEVOS DERIVADOS DE COLQUICINA DE FORMULA (1), DONDE Y ES UN GRUPO -CH{SUB,2}-CH-NHR{SUB,3} O UN GRUPO -CH-CH{SUB,2}-OR{SUB,3} Y LAS OTRAS VARIABLES SON COMO SE DEFINIAN EN LA REIVINDICACION 1, QUE TIENEN ACTIVIDADES ANTIPROLIFERATIVAS, ANTITUMORALES Y ANTIINFLAMATORIAS. LOS NUEVOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN UNA CITOTOXICIDAD EN LINEAS CELULARES TUMORALES HUMANAS COMPARABLE CON COLQUICINA, PERO, EN COMPARACION CON LA ULTIMA, SON MENOS TOXICOS Y MAS SELECTIVOS, EN PARTICULAR EN CELULAS RESISTENTES A LOS MEDICAMENTOS USUALES.
