LA POLYDEXTROSA COMPRENDE UNA POLYDEXTROSA SOLUBLE EN AGUA, ALTAMENTE RAMIFICADA, QUE SE HA PREPARADO MEDIANTE UN PROCEDIMIENTO QUE COMPRENDE LA FUSION DE DEXTROSA EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR ACIDO ACEPTABLE POR LOS ALIMENTOS.
