PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE DICLORURO DE ACIDO L-5-(2-ACETOXI-PROPIONILAMINO)-2,4,6-TRIYODO-ISOFTALICO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO HACE REACCIONAR DICLORURO DE ACIDO 5-AMINO-2,4,6-TRIYODO-ISOFTALICO CON L-2-ACETOXI-PROPIONIL-CLORURO EN PRESENCIA DE CANTIDADES CATALITICAS DE UN ACIDO LEWIS. EL ACIDO LEWIS SE ELIGE ENTRE EL GRUPO CONSTITUIDO POR CLORURO DE ZINC, CLORURO DE ALUMINIO Y CLORURO ESTANNOSO. EL DICLORURO DE ACIDO L-5-(2-ACETOXI-PROPIONILAMINO)-2,4,6-TRIYODO-ISOFTALICO SE USA COMO PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO EN SINTESIS ORGANICA.
