Description
Claims (19)
- 遠心処理によって液体を複数の成分に分離するのに使用されるアセンブリであって、
前記液体を収容する容器と、
前記容器内に配置され、前記液体中を移動し得る上部および下部エレメントとを備え、
前記容器は端部を有し、前記液体の成分は容器の端部を通って容器外に押出されるものであり、
前記上部および下部エレメントは、それぞれ、遠心処理後に前記液体中で前記上部エレメントが前記下部エレメントよりも上方の位置で浮遊し、かつ前記下部エレメントが前記液体の所望の成分に関して前記液体中の所定の位置で浮遊することを実現するような比重の材料から作られており、
前記上部エレメントの上方に存在する前記液体の成分を押出すために、前記容器の端部の内側表面の形は、前記上部エレメントの上部表面の形に適合しており、
引き続いて前記上部エレメントと前記下部エレメントとの間に存在する前記液体の成分が前記容器端部に接触している前記上部エレメントを通過して押出されるようにするために、前記上部エレメントは、液体を下から通過させるための液体通路を有している、アセンブリ。 - 前記上部および下部エレメントは、それらの間に空所を提供する形態とされ、さらに、前記下部エレメントの下の液体が前記空所内に流入し、かつ前記空所内の液体が前記液体通路を通って押出されることを可能にする手段を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記可能にする手段は、細片を備える、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントは、互いに対して移動可能であり、さらに、それらの間に前記液体の第2成分を受入れるための空所を提供し、かつ前記上部および下部エレメントが互いに対して近づく方向に移動するのにつれて前記液体の第2成分を押出すことを実現するような形態とされている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部エレメントが前記下部エレメントに対して移動し得るようにするために、前記上部エレメントは前記下部エレメントに摺動可能に係合している、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- ピンをさらに備え、前記上部エレメントが前記下部エレメントに対して移動するとき、前記上部および下部エレメントのうちの一方が前記ピン上を移動する、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部エレメントの下部表面および前記下部エレメントの上部表面は、つがいとなるトラフを有している、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部エレメントから延びて前記下部エレメントを支えるピンを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記下部エレメントに対して安定性を与えるために、前記下部エレメントの下で前記下部エレメントに接する第3エレメントをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントのうちの一方は、鉛直方向に比重勾配を持つ材料から作られている、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントのうちの一方は、円錐形状である、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントのうちの少なくとも一方の周囲にシールを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記容器は、注入器を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 遠心処理によって液体を複数の成分に分離するための方法であって、
端部付きの容器を持つ注入器と、前記容器内に離隔して配置される上部エレメントおよび下部エレメントを用意するステップを備え、
前記上部エレメントおよび下部エレメントは、遠心処理後に前記液体中で上部エレメントが下部エレメントよりも上方の位置で浮遊し、かつ前記下部エレメントが前記液体中の所定位置にあることを実現するような比重を有しており、前記容器の端部の内側表面の形は、前記上部エレメントの上部表面の形に適合しており、さらに
前記液体を前記注入器内に取り込むステップと、
前記注入器および液体を遠心分離機内に置いて遠心処理をするステップと、
前記上部エレメントと前記容器端部との間の第1の分離成分を前記容器端部から押出すステップと、
引き続いて、前記上部エレメントおよび下部エレメント間の第2の分離成分を、前記上部エレメントに設けられた液体通路を通して、前記上部エレメントを通過させて前記容器端部から押出すステップとを備える、方法。 - 前記第1の分離成分を押出すステップは、前記上部エレメントの上部表面が前記容器端部の内側表面に係合するまで第1成分を押出すことを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントは、最大離隔長さを規定するように接続されている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記上部および下部エレメントは、前記注入器の長さ方向軸線に沿って互いに対して移動可能である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の分離成分を押出すステップは、前記上部および下部エレメントを互いに向かって近づけるように移動させることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の分離成分を押出すステップは、前記上部および下部エレメント間の空所内の液体成分を押出すために、前記空所内に液体成分を流入させることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
