Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de guidage, en particulier pour des portes coulissantes, avec une partie mobile comportant au moins un galet de roulement (10) et un rail de guidage (3) fait d'une tôle d'acier mise en forme, qui comporte au moins une piste de roulement (4, 5) sur laquelle roule l'au moins un galet de roulement (10) de la partie mobile, le rail de guidage (3) étant formé de deux épaisseurs au niveau de l'au moins une piste de roulement (4, 5) et l'au moins une piste de roulement (4, 5) étant convexe vers le haut en section, chaque galet de roulement (10) présentant une surface (11) qui est au moins en partie concave en coupe radiale et deux anneaux (12, 13) en saillie dans le sens radial, qui entourent la piste de roulement (4, 5), étant prévus à proximité de la surface (11), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un galet de roulement (10) vient en contact avec la piste de roulement (4, 5) en deux points (15, 16) distants l'un de l'autre qui sont disposés sur des côtés opposés d'un plan médian de la piste de roulement (4, 5), le galet de roulement (10) présentant au niveau d'un plan médian un renfoncement (14) en forme de rainure qui empêche le galet de roulement (10) de venir en contact avec la piste de roulement (4, 5) dans cette zone.
  2. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de courbure de la surface (11) du galet de roulement (10) est différent du rayon de courbure de la surface de la piste de roulement (4, 5) bombée.
  3. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre le rayon de courbure de la surface (11) du galet de roulement (10) et celui de la piste de roulement (4, 5) bombée est supérieur à 1, de préférence compris entre 1,1 et 1,5, par exemple de 1,1 à 1,3.
  4. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les deux points (15, 16) est d'au moins 2 mm, en particulier comprise entre 3 mm et 7 mm.
  5. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue au niveau de la piste de roulement (4, 5) un profilage (42, 52) qui s'étend à travers les deux épaisseurs (40, 41, 50, 51) de la piste de roulement (4, 5).
  6. Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (42, 52) est conformé comme une moulure ou une rainure emboutie qui s'étend dans le sens de la longueur du rail de guidage (3).
  7. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la largeur du galet de roulement (10) et celle de la piste de roulement (4, 5) est supérieur à 1, de préférence compris entre 1,1 et 1,8.
  8. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la piste de roulement (4, 5) est bombée vers le haut en son milieu et le galet de roulement (10) est plus large que la piste de roulement (4, 5).
  9. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tôle d'acier du rail de guidage (3) présente une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm, en particulier comprise entre 0,7 et 0,9 mm.
  10. Dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un galet de roulement (10) est fait d'un roulement à rouleaux enrobé de plastique par injection.
  11. Meuble, en particulier armoire, avec un corps de meuble sur lequel est fixé un dispositif de guidage selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
