Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for storing and transporting tubes on a textile machine and a corresponding textile machine with a large number of work stations arranged next to one another along a longitudinal machine axis and on opposite sides of the machine, with winding devices in which yarn is wound onto a tube, and with a transport device , which transports tubes to the work site from several tube magazines arranged on both sides of the machine (1).
  • From the DE 10 2008 040 320 A1 discloses a textile machine with a sleeve store arranged at a front end of the textile machine, which is designed as a main store for storing sleeves.
  • a machine-long conveyor belt transports sleeves to the work stations and to another sleeve store, which is designed as an intermediate store and can be loaded through the main store via the conveyor belt.
  • the intermediate store has a sleeve receptacle for holding the sleeve in a ready position outside of the conveyor belt. With a device for bringing the sleeve into the ready position, the sleeve is removed from the conveyor belt and placed on the conveyor belt again at a given time.
  • the DE 197 50 859 A1 relates to a central magazine for a tube presentation device of a textile machine, for example an automatic cheese winder.
  • the central magazine has a central unit with an integrated tube transfer device and an exchangeable storage unit on.
  • the tube transfer device consists of a vertically movable gripper carrier with at least one tube gripper that can be controlled in a defined manner.
  • the storage unit fixed to the central unit has a plurality of storage columns arranged next to one another, each of which has a number of loading shafts arranged one above the other.
  • the sleeve grippers arranged on the gripper carrier take the sleeves from the loading shafts and transfer them to a sleeve transport carriage of the machine-long sleeve transport device positioned above the relevant storage column and movable between the central magazine and the winding station's own buffer stores. Each sleeve must be turned. The storage columns lengthen the machine significantly.
  • the EP 0 262 726 A2 discloses a single-sided spinning machine. Although several tube magazines are described in FIG. However, the tubes are always removed from the tube magazine towards the outside of the machine. The problem of a two-sided textile machine, in which sleeves have to be conveyed from a magazine on a first side to a work station on a second side of the textile machine, is not disclosed here.
  • the one considered to be the closest prior art JP 3 008794 B2 shows two tube magazines, each of which is assigned to one side of the machine. Sleeves removed from the respective sleeve magazine are only fed to work stations on the same side of the sleeve magazine. So they are always rotated in the same way.
  • Modern textile machines such as open-end rotor spinning machines or winding machines, are capable of spinning different yarns on their many jobs to wind up on spools.
  • For the individual different yarns it is often necessary or at least helpful for later recognition of the respective yarn if different types of sleeves are made available on the textile machine.
  • a yarn type is wound onto a specific tube, which in particular is color-coded.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to create a textile machine which is relatively short and is able to store different types of sleeves and, if necessary, to be able to transport the right sleeve to a corresponding work station with the shortest possible transport time.
  • a method according to the invention is used for storing and transporting tubes on a textile machine with a large number of work stations with winding devices arranged next to one another along a longitudinal machine axis and on opposite sides of the machine. Yarn is wound onto a tube in the winding devices. With a transport device, tubes are transported to the work site from a plurality of tube magazines arranged on both sides of the machine.
  • the sleeve magazine accommodates sleeves whose longitudinal axes are aligned essentially horizontally and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the machine.
  • the tubes are not stored in the longitudinal machine axis, in which they are presented to the work stations and in which they are transported to the work station, but transversely to this in the tube magazine, many of the tubes can be stored next to each other in the machine longitudinal axis without the machine overall will be significantly longer. This is also due to the fact that the sleeves each a length of about 20 cm but a diameter of about 6 cm. Several sleeves arranged next to one another thus only take up half the space if they are stored transversely to the machine longitudinal axis compared to storage in the direction of the machine longitudinal axis. The sleeve axis is thus aligned essentially at right angles to the machine longitudinal axis and not parallel to it. Especially with long textile machines with more than 500 jobs, many tubes have to be stored in the tube magazine in order to be able to transport them to the jobs if necessary. The machine length is thus significantly reduced by this compact storage of the sleeves.
  • the sleeve can be easily removed from the sleeve magazine.
  • pins or shells are provided as sleeve holders, which hold the sleeves. For removal, the sleeves are thus pulled in the longitudinal direction by the pin or removed from the shell in the longitudinal or transverse direction.
  • the tube is moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the machine, between the tube magazines arranged on both sides of the machine. This has great advantages both in terms of the number of handling devices required and the time required between requesting and delivering the sleeve to the work site.
  • the sleeve After removal from the sleeve magazine, the sleeve is rotated by about 90° to the left or right, depending on the desired orientation of the sleeve.
  • the rotation of 90 ° is advantageous because the sleeve with your Axis can be particularly easily transported parallel to the longitudinal axis of the machine from the sleeve magazine to the job.
  • Left-hand or right-hand rotation is beneficial when the sleeves are asymmetrical, which is usually the case.
  • An oriented alignment at the work site is required in order to be able to wind such sleeves correctly.
  • the sleeves are, for example, crimped at one end and uncrimped at the other end. Depending on the side of the machine, the sleeves must be turned in one direction or the other in order to be able to present them to the work site in the correct orientation.
  • the sleeve is preferably turned or rotated in the area of the sleeve magazine. After it has been rotated, it is then transferred to a tube transport device, with which the tube is transported from the tube magazine to the work station.
  • the sleeve removed from the sleeve magazine is temporarily stored before it is transported to the work site
  • a textile machine has a large number of work stations with winding devices arranged next to one another along a longitudinal machine axis and on opposite sides of the machine. Yarn is wound onto a tube in the winding devices. With a transport device sleeves are transported from a sleeve magazine to the work site. According to the invention, sleeve holders, on which the sleeves are held, are arranged in the sleeve magazine.
  • the sleeve receivers are designed in such a way that they are suitable for receiving the sleeves, with the longitudinal axes of the sleeves being aligned essentially horizontally and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the machine.
  • the longitudinal axes of the sleeves are thus aligned in such a way that the sleeves themselves take up little space when viewed in the longitudinal axis of the machine.
  • the diameter of the core is significantly smaller than the length of the core, so that the cores arranged next to each other, viewed in the machine longitudinal axis, take up significantly less space than if the cores are stored in a magazine with their longitudinal alignment parallel to the machine longitudinal axis.
  • the machine is thus significantly shorter with the same number of tubes compared to an alignment of the tubes in the machine longitudinal axis, since the tube magazine requires less space in the machine longitudinal axis.
  • the sleeve receivers or sleeve holders are preferably pins for attaching or supports for receiving sleeves.
  • the sleeves can thus be picked up safely without falling out of the sleeve magazine.
  • they are also very easy to assemble. This loading of the sleeve magazine with sleeves is usually done manually, so that it is also important that the sleeves can be quickly filled into the sleeve magazine.
  • the tube pick-ups are preferably arranged on a flexible, circulating traction means arranged transversely or longitudinally to the machine orientation.
  • Suitable traction means are, for example, a chain, a rope or a band to which the tube holders are attached. This way is it is possible to accommodate several hundred tubes in a conventional tube magazine for textile machines, such as an open-end rotor spinning machine.
  • the traction means is preferably guided in an oval or meandering manner.
  • oval guidance of the traction means it makes sense for the upper and lower axis of rotation of the oval-guided traction means to be aligned largely parallel to the longitudinal axis of the machine.
  • meandering guidance of the traction means it will usually be advantageous if the axes of rotation of the deflections of the traction means are aligned transversely to the longitudinal axis of the machine.
  • the traction means is preferably aligned in the direction of the longitudinal machine axis or in the direction transverse to the longitudinal machine axis. Depending on the absorption capacity and the permissible total length of the textile machine, one or the other orientation can combine more advantages.
  • traction means are arranged in the sleeve magazine.
  • one type of sleeve is stored in a magazine for each traction mechanism. Filling with the sleeves is thus particularly easy for the operating personnel, because one type of sleeve has to be attached or placed for each traction mechanism.
  • the entire sleeve magazine can be designed in a modular manner. This means that, depending on the number of different sleeve types, a corresponding number of traction devices are provided in the magazine.
  • a handling unit with a removal device and a rotating device is assigned to the sleeve magazine.
  • the handling unit is also assigned a transfer device.
  • each sleeve magazine can work independently of any other sleeve magazines on the textile machine and remove sleeves from the sleeve magazine, turn them in the right direction and transfer them to the transport device.
  • a plurality of sleeve magazines on the textile machine a wide variety of sleeves can be delivered very quickly to the various work stations without having to wait for the lengthy handling of the sleeves from the sleeve magazine or for the transport device.
  • each traction means is assigned its own drive, its own tensioning device, its own handling unit and/or its own tube lifter or tube lifting device, this also serves to independently carry out transport actions of the individual traction means and the handling unit assigned to this traction means.
  • the traction means can thus supply a suitable tube to the handling device independently of other traction means of the tube magazine.
  • the sleeve can be removed from the traction device independently of the other traction devices and fed either to a further handling device on the textile machine or to the conveyor belt.
  • the sleeve can be transferred from the sleeve lifting device to the handling unit or a removal device.
  • the removal device can be a slide, which pushes the sleeve down from a sleeve holder of the traction mechanism.
  • the removal device can also be a gripper and/or a combination of several shells that hold the sleeve moved from the sleeve holder of the traction means to the transport device and, if necessary, also rotates at the same time.
  • the sleeve magazine is of modular design. If several modules can be coupled to one another in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction of the machine, a tube magazine can be built which, depending on the tube requirement, can accommodate a greater or lesser number of tubes.
  • the length of the textile machine can also be kept short.
  • the sleeve magazines which are in particular modular, do not have to be arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal machine axis, but can be provided on the left and right, i.e. on both sides of the machine. Accordingly, a sleeve is selectively removed from the sleeve magazine from the left side or the right side, preferably towards the center of the machine, and rotated as required. The side of the machine can then be changed and the tube can be fed to the appropriate work station by means of a tube transport device.
  • a tube magazine is advantageously arranged at one or both ends of the machine and/or between individual sections of the machine.
  • the machine length can be influenced or, if the transport routes and corresponding transport times are to be kept short in the case of particularly long textile machines, they can be reduced.
  • the tubes if such a tube magazine is arranged in the middle of the machine, it is possible for the tubes to be transported to the corresponding work stations on both sides of the tube magazine. The maximum distance is thus only half compared to an arrangement of the tube magazines at one end of the machine. If tube magazines are arranged at both ends of the machine, this can also reduce the transport time, since it can be specified that the tubes are transported from one end only to the middle of the machine and the other half is served from the opposite tube magazine.
  • a machine frame of the textile machine is arranged between the tube magazine and a section.
  • the drives or the control of the textile machine can be arranged in the machine frame.
  • the sleeve magazine is arranged on the side of the machine frame facing away from the work stations, it can be attached to the textile machine in a particularly simple manner in modular form.
  • the arrangement of further sleeve magazines on an existing sleeve magazine is also easily possible as a result.
  • At least one buffer store for at least one tube is arranged between the tube magazine and the section, in particular above the machine frame.
  • the intermediate store makes it possible to keep sleeves, even of different types, if the intermediate store is set up for several sleeves, and to supply them to the requesting work station very quickly, if necessary, via the transport device.
  • FIG 1 is a top view of a textile machine 1 shown in sketch form, for example an open-end rotor spinning machine or a winding machine.
  • the textile machine 1 has a drive frame 2 and an end frame 3 which are each arranged at the end of the textile machine 1 .
  • the textile machine 1 has two machine sides in the longitudinal direction, on which a large number of work stations 4 are arranged between the drive frame 2 and the end frame 3 . For reasons of clarity, only one of the work stations 4 is provided with a reference number.
  • jobs 4 can be spinning stations, for example rotor, air or ring spinning stations or winding stations of winding machines.
  • the large number of jobs 4 is summarized in Sections 5.1 to 5.3.
  • each section 5.1 to 5.3 In this embodiment, eight work stations 4 are arranged in each section 5.1 to 5.3 and on each side of the machine. But this can also be more or fewer jobs per section.
  • a holder (not shown) is provided for a tube on which a yarn is wound crosswise.
  • a different type of sleeve is required. This is necessary or at least helpful in order to be able to identify the type of yarn that is on the tube later more easily when the bobbin is no longer at work point 4.
  • a tube transport device 6 is arranged on each side of the textile machine 1 along the plurality of work stations 4 .
  • the sleeve transport device 6 is designed as a conveyor belt, on which sleeves are placed and transported to a predetermined destination.
  • the sleeves are in a large number in several sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
  • two tube magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4 are arranged after the end frame 3 on each side of the machine.
  • the two sleeve magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4 are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal axis M of the machine. As a result, they nestle snugly against the textile machine 1 and therefore require little installation space.
  • the system becomes even more flexible due to the division on each side of the machine into two tube magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4. It is possible to store the sleeves 8 according to type, so that four different types of sleeves, for example, can be stored in magazines using these four existing sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4.
  • the tubes can be sent to the corresponding cross-wound coil devices in a very simple manner in terms of control technology, since it is known which tube type is in which tube magazine 7.1 to 7.4.
  • tube magazines 7.1 and 7.2 or 7.3 and 7.4 can also be arranged between the sections 5.1 to 5.3 on each side of the machine or else also on the engine frame 2 and the end frame 3 or a corresponding combination thereof.
  • the tube transport device 6 has a single transport direction in the direction of the arrow TR. This means that the sleeves are removed from the sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4, transferred to the sleeve transport device 6 and moved by it in the direction of the arrow.
  • sleeve stores Arranged along the sleeve transport device 6 are sleeve stores into which empty sleeves 8 can be inserted and wait there to be taken over by the individual work station 4 . Only one sleeve 8 is sketched in the illustration. There, the sleeve 8 is removed from the job 4 and spooled with yarn. Depending on the yarn type at the corresponding work station 4, a sleeve type is requested.
  • the type of sleeve required at the respective job 4 is stored directly in the individual sleeve memory assigned to it. If necessary, it is taken directly from the individual tube store and delivered to the appropriate work station 4.
  • Intermediate stores (not shown) can also be provided, which temporarily store several tubes for several jobs 4 and from which a tube 8 is fed to the corresponding job 4 as required, for example via the tube transport device 6 .
  • the supply of the individual tube stores is in turn provided by the tube magazines 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3, 7.4 arranged on the end frame 3.
  • the end frame 3 is arranged between the tube magazines 7.2 and 7.4 and the section 5.1. A part of a handling unit 9 is arranged on the end frame 3 . Accordingly, on the end frame 3 there is a transfer device 10 which moves sleeves from an intermediate store 11 to the sleeve transport device 6 . This is indicated by the double arrows. The transfer can take place in that the tubes 8 are rolled or lifted from the buffer store 11 onto the tube transport device 6 .
  • Removal devices 12 are provided for this purpose, which in this exemplary embodiment are associated with each individual tube magazine 7.1 to 7.4.
  • the sleeves 8 are moved in accordance with the arrows E from the sleeve magazines 7.1 to 7.4 in the direction of the machine longitudinal axis M, between the sleeve magazines 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 arranged on both sides of the machine 1 and thereby out of the sleeve magazines 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 removed and placed on a conveyor 13. There you are moved to a rotating device 14 according to the arrow F1.
  • the orientation of the sleeve 8 is corrected on the rotary device 14 .
  • the rotating device 14 rotates the sleeve 8 according to the desired orientation of the sleeve 8, ie, depending on whether it is intended for the left or the right side of the textile machine 1, it is rotated 90° to the left or 90° to the right.
  • the sleeve, which is now correctly oriented, is moved further into the buffer store 11 on the conveying device 13 in accordance with arrow F2. There it is then moved to the left or to the right in the clipboard 11 given in order to be there ready for the transfer to the corresponding sleeve transport device 6. If there is no buffer store 11 in one embodiment of the invention, the sleeve 8 is immediately conveyed to the sleeve transport device 6 and moved to the corresponding work station.
  • FIG 2 a view of the end face of the textile machine in the area of the end frame 3 is shown.
  • the tube magazine 7.1 and the tube magazine 7.3 are arranged to the side of the end frame 3 .
  • Each of these sleeve magazines 7.1 and 7.3 has receptacles for a large number of sleeves 8.
  • the sleeves 8 are pushed onto sleeve holders or sleeve holders, here pins 15 .
  • a large number of pins 15 are fastened to a flexible, circulating traction means 16 which is arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis M of the machine and can be conveyed around deflections 17 .
  • the promotion takes place with a motor, not shown, which drives, for example, one of the deflections 17 and thus causes a further movement of the traction means 16 with the pins 15 and the sleeves 8 attached thereto.
  • the traction mechanism 16 is arranged in an oval shape in the sleeve magazines 7.1 and 7.3.
  • the sleeves 8 are moved past the removal device 12 and can be stopped there accordingly. If a sleeve 8 is in the area of the removal device 12, it can be removed according to arrow E in the direction of the sleeve axis H from the sleeve magazine 7.1 or 7.3 in the direction between the sleeve magazines 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 arranged on both sides of the machine 1 onto the Conveyor 13 are moved.
  • the conveying device 13 conveys the sleeve 8 into the region of the rotating device 14, in which the sleeve 8 is rotated with its sleeve axis H by 90°.
  • the tube axis H is no longer aligned transversely to the machine longitudinal axis M, but parallel to it.
  • the decision whether the sleeve 8 by 90 ° is rotated to the left or 90° to the right depends on whether the sleeve 8 is required for the left or for the right side of the machine. How out figure 1 can be seen, the orientation of the sleeves 8 is rotated by 180° on the individual machine sides.
  • FIG figure 3 shows a section of a side view of the textile machine 1 with a tube magazine 7.1 according to the embodiment of FIG figure 2 .
  • the end frame 3 is arranged between the tube magazine 7.1 and work stations 4.
  • the traction means 16 are arranged essentially along the longitudinal axis M of the machine.
  • the tube 8 is transported with the tube transport device 6 from the tube magazine 7.1 to the end frame 3 and the work stations 50 over to the requesting work station 4.
  • seven oval-shaped traction means 16 are arranged with pins 15, onto which the sleeves 8 are plugged. All traction means 16 can be driven together. However, it is also possible for each individual traction device 16 to be driven separately and to be movable independently of the other traction devices 16 .
  • the individual traction devices 16 can have a modular structure, so that more or fewer such traction devices 16 can be lined up in a row, depending on the requirements of the textile machine 1 . Since the space requirement in the longitudinal machine axis M is small because the axes H of the sleeves 8 are aligned transversely to the longitudinal machine axis M, the overall space requirement of the sleeve magazine 7.1 is also small and further traction means 16 can be arranged without any significant additional space requirement.
  • FIG 4 12 is another embodiment similar to the embodiment of FIG figure 3 shown.
  • a partial side view of the textile machine 1 can also be seen here.
  • a tube magazine 7.1 is arranged, in which two traction means 16 are present.
  • each Traction means 16 is deflected multiple times with a plurality of deflections 17 in a meandering manner.
  • a space-saving structure for the magazining of the sleeves 8 is thus created.
  • Each of the traction means 16 is driven by a drive 20 in such a way that it can be moved in one direction (see the direction of the arrow) or in both directions.
  • Each traction device 16 is also tensioned by a tensioning device 21 which acts on one of the deflections 17 .
  • a lifting device 22 is provided for removing a sleeve 8 from the traction means 16 or a pin 15 arranged thereon or a tray in which the sleeve 8 lies.
  • the sleeve 8 is removed from the holder of the traction means 16 by means of the lifting device 22 and fed to the removal device 12 .
  • the sleeve 8 can be removed from the holder of the traction means 16 in such a way that the lifting device 22 first pulls the sleeve 8 out of the holder in the direction of the sleeve axis H, then lifts the sleeve 8 and moves it onto the conveyor belt 6 . This can be done directly, but the removal device 12 can also be interposed.
  • the removal device 12 takes over the sleeve 8 from the lifting device 22 and moves it onto the conveyor devices 13 according to FIG figure 2 . From this, the sleeve 8 is conveyed to the sleeve transport device 6, with which the sleeve 8 is brought to the required work station 4.
  • a turning device can also be integrated into the removal device 12 in order to turn the sleeve in the right direction for transport with the sleeve transport device 6 or the conveyor device 13 .
  • a pre-sorting of different tube types can take place.
  • a specific type of sleeve can thus be stored on each traction means 16 . It is thus very easy for the operator to determine which type of sleeve is to be refilled in the magazine 7.1. In addition, it is very easy for the textile machine 1 to be controlled possible to address the corresponding sleeve magazine 7.1 to 7.4 when a specific type of sleeve is requested and to remove the sleeve 8 from it.
