La présente invention se rapporte à une tondeuse à barbe comportant une poignée (7) et un capot (5) ainsi qu'un système de coupe avec une ou plusieurs têtes de coupe rotatives(1)à axe vertical, lesdites têtes de coupe rotatives comportant une lame mobile (2) et une lame fixe (3), chaque tête étant entourée d'un peigne (4) en forme de couronne, ledit peigne étant réglable en hauteur et permettant de régler, en utilisation, la distance entre lesdites lame set la peau et d'adapter ainsi la coupe des poils de la barbe à la longueur désirée,caractérisée en ce que ledit capot est monté mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture sur ladite poignée qui permet d'amener le capot en position d'ouverture dans une position de protection à fleur des dents du peigne pour le rangement de l'appareil.

POSITION DE PROTECTION DU PEIGNE
Objet de l'invention
[0001] La présente invention se rapporte à une tondeuse à barbe comportant une ou plusieurs têtes de coupe rotatives à axe vertical. Le mécanisme de coupe de ces têtes rotatives est équipé d'une lame mobile et d'une lame fixe. Chaque tête de coupe est entourée de peignes en forme de couronne réglables en hauteur dont les dents ont une géométrie particulière. En utilisation, le réglage en hauteur des peignes permet d'ajuster la distance entre le mécanisme de coupe et la peau et par conséquent d'ajuster la longueur de coupe de la barbe.
[0002] Les dents du peigne peuvent avoir une longueur allant jusqu'à 20 mm et s'affinent au bout, ce qui peut les amener à casser lors d'une manipulation imprudente. Les rasoirs ne possèdent pas de peignes pour régler la distance entre le mécanisme de coupe et la peau. A notre connaissance, il n'existe pas dans l'état de la technique de tondeuse à barbe avec des têtes rotatives à axe vertical. [0005] Les tondeuses de l'état de la technique présentent une ligne de coupe droite au niveau de l'intersection des dents mobiles et des dents fixes. Elles ont l'inconvénient de tailler les poils différemment selon le sens de la tonte car les poils de barbe sont le plus souvent inclinés dans une direction vu qu'ils ne poussent presque jamais perpendiculairement à la peau. C'est ainsi que le résultat de tonte avec ces tondeuses est très différent selon le sens de déplacement sur la barbe à tailler.

[0007] La présente invention vise à fournir une tondeuse à barbe avec une ou plusieurs têtes rotatives entourées de peignes de longueur ajustable permettant de régler la hauteur de coupe de la barbe. La tondeuse comporte un capot monté mobile avec un mécanisme qui permet d'atteindre une position de protection des peignes dans laquelle le capot est amené par translation approximativement à fleur des dents du peigne pour le rangement de l'appareil.

[0009] La présente invention divulgue une tondeuse à barbe comportant une poignée et un capot ainsi qu'un système de coupe avec une ou plusieurs têtes de coupe rotatives à axe vertical, lesdites têtes de coupe rotatives comportant une lame mobile et une lame fixe, chaque tête étant entourée d'un peigne en forme de couronne, ledit peigne étant réglable en hauteur et permettant de régler, en utilisation, la distance entre lesdites lames et la peau et d'adapter ainsi la coupe des poils de la barbe à la longueur désirée, caractérisée en ce que ledit capot est monté mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture sur ladite poignée permettant d'amener le capot en position d'ouverture dans une position de protection à fleur des dents du peigne pour le rangement de l'appareil.
[0010] Les modes d'exécution préférés de l'invention comportent au moins une, ou une combinaison quelconque appropriée des caractéristiques suivantes :
- la position de protection des peignes est atteinte en actionnant un moyen d'écartement du capot de la poignée ; - le capot se déplace en translation selon la direction d'un arbre pour atteindre la position de protection des peignes ;
- le moyen d'écartement du capot libère celui-ci de son ancrage de manière à engendrer le déplacement en translation par un ressort qui se trouve autour de l'arbre pour atteindre la position de protection des peignes;
- l'écartement du capot de la poignée est motorisé ;
- ladite tondeuse comporte deux ou trois têtes rotatives ;
- le rapport entre l'écart des dents L1 du peigne et leur épaisseur R1 - R2, soit le rapport L1/R1 -R2 se situe entre 1 et 2, de préférence entre 1 et 1 ,8 et de manière particulièrement préférée entre 1 ,1 et 1 ,6 pour assurer une pénétration adéquate des poils dans la lame fixe du système de coupe ;
- le rapport entre la hauteur H des dents et la surface de leur section à la base du peigne se situe entre 2 et 4, de préférence entre 2,3 et 3,5 et de manière particulièrement préférée entre 2,5 et 3 mm"1 ;
- l'angle axial « A » varie entre 7 et 1 1 °, de préférence entre 8 et 10°, et de manière particulièrement préférée de 8,5 à 9,5° ;

Description détaillée de l'invention
[0020] Contrairement aux tondeuses de barbe de l'état de la technique, la tondeuse selon la présente invention présente une ou plusieurs têtes rotatives 1 à axe vertical, entourées de peignes 4 en forme de couronne dont la hauteur est réglable au demi millimètre près. Ce réglage peut être manuel ou motorisé (non représenté). Cette tondeuse permet un déplacement en arcs de cercles sur la barbe tout comme un rasoir à têtes rotatives. Ce type de mouvement a l'avantage d'entamer la taille des poils par tous les côtés, quelle que soit l'inclinaison de ceux-ci par rapport à la peau, ce qui a pour résultat une taille uniforme de la barbe.
[0021] Le mouvement des peignes 4 redresse les poils qui finissent par pénétrer de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur via l'espace laissé entre les dents vers la zone de taille. Plus « A » est grand, plus les dents sont pointues et en principe fragiles si L2 et L3 ne sont pas trop grands. L'angle axial « A » varie de préférence entre 7 et 11 °, de préférence entre 8 et 10°, et de manière particulièrement préférée de 8,5 à 9,5°. L'angle « B » varie généralement de 8 à 22°, de préférence entre 9 et 20°, et de manière particulièrement préférée de de 10 à 19°. L'angle étant bien entendu plus faible pour des épaisseurs (R1-R2) élevées que pour les épaisseurs faibles.
[0029] Par ailleurs, pour une question de rigidité et de résistance mécanique, le rapport entre la hauteur H des dents et leur surface de section à la base du peigne (soit H/Section) devrait se situer entre 2 et 4, de préférence entre 2,3 et 3,5 et de manière particulièrement préférée entre 2,5 et 3 mm-1. La section de la base de la dent étant calculée par la formule (R1-R2).(L2-L3/2), en multipliant l'épaisseur de la dent par la moyenne de sa base.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Tondeuse à barbe comportant une poignée (7) et un capot (5) ainsi qu'un système de coupe avec une ou plusieurs têtes de coupe rotatives (1 ) à axe vertical, lesdites têtes de coupe rotatives comportant une lame mobile (2) et une lame fixe (3), chaque tête étant entourée d'un peigne (4) en forme de couronne, ledit peigne (4) étant réglable en hauteur et permettant de régler, en utilisation, la distance entre lesdites lames (2,3) et la peau et d'adapter ainsi la coupe des poils de la barbe à la longueur désirée, caractérisée en ce que ledit capot (5) est monté mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture sur ladite poignée (7) permettant d'amener le capot (5) en position d'ouverture dans une position de protection à fleur des dents du peigne pour le rangement de l'appareil.
2. Tondeuse à barbe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la position de protection des peignes est atteinte en actionnant un moyen (6) d'écartement du capot (5) de la poignée (7).
3. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le capot (5) se déplace en translation selon la direction d'un arbre (9) pour atteindre la position de protection des peignes.
4. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'écartement du capot (5) libère celui-ci de son ancrage (8) de manière à engendrer le déplacement en translation par un ressort se trouvant autour de l'arbre (9) pour atteindre la position de protection des peignes.
5. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'écartement du capot (5) de la poignée (7) est motorisé.
6. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite tondeuse comporte deux ou trois têtes rotatives.

Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre l'écart des dents L1 du peigne (4) et leur épaisseur R1- R2, soit le rapport L1/R1-R2 se situe entre 1 et 2, de préférence entre 1 et 1 ,8 et de manière particulièrement préférée entre 1 ,1 et 1 ,6 pour assurer une pénétration adéquate des poils dans la lame fixe du système de coupe.
8. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre la hauteur H des dents et la surface de leur section à la base du peigne se situe entre 2 et 4, de préférence entre 2,3 et 3,5 et de manière particulièrement préférée entre 2,5 et 3 mm"1.
9. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'angle axial « A » varie entre 7 et 11 °, de préférence entre 8 et 10°, et de manière particulièrement préférée de 8,5 à 9,5°.
10. Tondeuse à barbe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'angle radial « B » varie généralement de 8 à 22°, de préférence entre 9 et 20°, et de manière particulièrement préférée de 10 à 19°.
