Abstract

Hob (1) having one or more cooking zones (2) and having one or more recesses (4), wherein two or more fans (38) are provided.

Description

The present invention relates to a hob with the features specified in claim 1.

From the prior art, a cooktop is known, which has on both sides and back next to the hob elongated rectangular slots through which the cooking fumes arising in the region of the hob are sucked down.
This well-known from the prior art hob with both sides and back thereof provided suction slots is particularly disadvantageous because there is the hob carrying countertop - at least immediately laterally from the hob - not completely usable for Abstellzwecke or the like.
This belonging to the prior art cooktop with both sides and back of this provided suction slits is also disadvantageous because the two lateral and the rear Absaugströmungen - especially in the particularly significant area of the center of the hob - cancel each other completely or at least partially, so that there resulting cooking fumes are exposed to any effective suction flow and thus can spread unhindered and ascend.
Another disadvantage of this resulting from the prior art cooktop with both sides and back thereof provided suction slots is that there pronounced manufacturing costs and material costs - especially because of the formation of the three suction devices and related to these exhaust duct system - are to be recognized.
The maintenance costs-are particularly high in this known hob, especially since there are three (!) Grease filter are to be maintained.
Since in this known hob with both sides and back thereof provided suction slots - when activating the cooker extractor - on all suction simultaneously strong suction streams are released, there is the Energy consumption for a Kochdunstabsaugung particularly high, which is why the efficiency of this known hob is strikingly low.
Due to the required there three strong suction currents there is also the noise pollution by flow noise and fan motors of the extraction system pronounced.
Another major disadvantage of the known hob with both sides and back thereof provided cooking vapor extraction slots is that there is a material and time-consuming installation of the hob on the hob supporting countertop - while bridging the two-sided and rear cooker extraction slots - by means of a separate mounting frame is required.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a hob with a device for the withdrawal of cooking fumes in vertically below the plane of the hob lying direction, which does not claim the on both sides and back of the hob surfaces on the hob carrying worktop, but for Abstellzwecke or the like can be used, which reliably avoids both rising and spreading of cooking fumes both in the central region of the hob and in its peripheral areas, which causes particularly low manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and operating costs, which does not have a separate mounting frame for attachment to the surrounding worktop is needed, which is particularly efficient in terms of the electrical energy used for the extraction and their noise during operation is very low.

The present invention accordingly relates to a hob (1) with one or more cooking zones (2), which - in a plan view - only in the area (25) around its geometric centroid (3) around - but not in its edge regions - one or more recesses (4). These recesses (4) are usually associated with one or more devices (5) for the withdrawal of cooking fumes, said devices (5) for the withdrawal of cooking fumes over or over the cooking zones (2) resulting and resulting cooking fumes in Pull off vertically below the hob (1) in a downward direction.

In general, the diameter (28) of the area (25), for the one or more recesses (4), around the geometric centroid (3) of the hob (1) in the range of 10% to 90% of the total width (29) of the hob (1), preferably in the range of 15% to 85%, in particular in the range of 20% to 80% of the total width (29) of the hob (1) lie. Preferably, the shape of the one or more recesses (4) - in a plan view - be round or oval or square or rectangular or polygonal or star-shaped. The area of the recess (4) of the hob (5) may, for example, in the range of 50 cm 2 to 500 cm 2 , preferably in the range of 60 cm 2 to 400 cm 2 , in particular in the range of 70 cm 2 to 300 cm 2 , lie. Preferably, each recess (4) of the hob (1) reversible manually and / or by means of an electric or pneumatic drive, over the entire surface or sector, be closed and opened.

According to the Figures 3 . 5 . 6 and 7 can in each recess (4) of the hob (1) a single or multi-part grease filter insert (6) can be used. This grease filter insert (6) is usually laterally and / or below by an exhaust duct (9). Preferably, the grease filter insert (6) with the edge region of the recess (4) of the hob (1) is tightly connected.
The grease filter insert (6) may, for example, in cross section in the shape of a letter U (see Figures 2 . 3 . 6 and 7 ) be formed. Alternatively, the grease filter insert (6) - to increase the filter surface and reduce the flow rate and thus improve the effect the fat filter insert (6) - for example in the form of a letter U with bag-shaped or cap-shaped expansion (17) (see FIG. 5 ) of its lower portion to the side and / or in the downstream direction, be formed. In general, the fat filter insert (6) in its wall areas suction openings (7) with integrated therein fat filters (8) or-at least partially - in the manner of a gas-permeable grease filter (6) may be formed.

How the particular FIG. 2 can be seen, the grease filter insert (6) in its bottom area in the form of a collecting tray (10) - for collecting in the recess (4) of the hob (1) occurred liquid (11) - be formed. Alternatively, as in the Figures 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 , and 7 shown - both the lateral walls of the grease filter insert (6) and its bottom for cooking fumes be permeable.
To prevent the penetration of penetrated by the central recess (4) of the hob (1) liquid (11) in downstream portions of the exhaust duct (9) - immediately downstream behind the central recess (4) - on the bottom (12) of the exhaust duct (9) an over the level of the bottom (12) of the exhaust duct (9) raised liquid barrier (13) may be provided.
A particular advantage of the device according to the invention is then that the below the central recess (4) of the hob (1) provided by the liquid barrier (13) downstream and of the walls (14) of the exhaust duct (9) limited otherwise - Liquid collecting basin (15) through the central recess (4) of the hob (1) manually dryable and cleanable.

According to FIG. 4 For example, the grease filter insert (6) may be in the form of a grease filter plate (16) covering the cross section of the exhaust duct (9) and sloping below the central recess (4) of the hob - or just downstream thereof.

According to FIG. 6 the central recess (4) of the hob (1), for example, by means of a reversibly adjustable in the vertical direction for opening purposes and Verschließzwecken, cap-shaped closure element (18) - for odor trap - be closed over the entire surface.
In this case, on the underside of the closure element (18) has two or more flexible struts (19) with latching grooves (20) for engaging projections (21) of the grease filter insert (6), the exhaust duct (9) or the central recess (4) may be provided.

Alternatively, at the bottom of the closure element (18) has two or more rigid legs (19) with snap-in grooves (20) for engaging resilient projections (21) of the grease filter insert (6), the exhaust duct (9) or the central recess (4) may be provided.

As in FIG. 7 illustrated, the central recess (4) of the hob (1) by means of a reversible in the vertical direction for opening purposes and for Verschließzwecken adjustable, in cross-section Y- or V-shaped closure elements (22) be closed.
In this case, the undersides of this Y- or V-shaped closure element (22) can serve as flow-optimizing flow control surfaces for the cooking fumes to be sucked off. Preferably, the Y- or V-shaped closure element (22) by means of an eccentric disc or a lever mechanism or a thread (23) be vertically reversibly adjustable.

How out FIG. 8 can be found in the area (25) to the geometric centroid (3) of the hob (1) located recess (4) of the hob (1) - to control the direction (27) of the cooker suction depending on the direction of the each cooking cooking-generating, each active cooking point (2) and to save on the device (5) for the withdrawal of cooking fumes applied fan energy - one or more sector-like, reversibly closable and openable closure elements (26). These closure elements (26) can, for example, be manually and / or electrically reversibly openable and closable.

Like from the FIGS. 1 to 8 It can be seen, the edge of the central recess (4) of the hob (1) - as overflow protection - a the top of the hob (1) upwardly projecting, circumferential and formed by the exhaust duct connection and / or by the grease filter insert-hanger Wear a wrap (24).

The Figures 9 . 10 and 11 show that the one or more central recesses (4) of the hob (1) for flow optimization can each have one or more lamellar seals (30). This lamellar closure (30) is particularly advantageous for a horizontal - and optionally also for a vertical - orientation of the cooking-vapor suction flow (27) in the direction of the or each active cooking zones (2).
As a rule, each lamella closure (30) in each case comprises one or more lamellae (31) whose longitudinal axes (32) are preferably aligned horizontally.
In particularly preferred embodiments of the hob (1) according to the invention - in particular for vertical alignment of the cooking vapor suction flow (27) and thus to adapt to the vertical height of the cookware used - each blade (31) about a horizontal pivot axis (33) at an angle α be reversibly pivotable back and forth, which, for example, in a range of 0 ° to 180 °, preferably in a range of 0 ° to 110 °, in particular in a range of 0 ° to 90 °. In particular, for a horizontal orientation of the cooking vapor suction flow (27) in the direction of or the respective active cooking zones (2), the lamellar closure (30), for example, be reversibly rotatable at an angle β about its vertical axis (34). For example, this angle β can be in the range of 0 ° to 360 ° without limitation, such as in particular FIG. 10 As can be seen, the plane of the lamella closure (30) can be just above the plane of the hob (1) lie. Alternatively, the plane of the lamellar closure (30) may be approximately at the vertical height of the hob (1). According to FIG. 11 However, the plane of the lamellar closure (30) may also be provided below the hob (1). In particularly preferred embodiments of the hob (1) according to the invention, the lamellar closure (30) - for cleaning purposes - from the central recess (4) of the hob (1) be removable.

The present invention furthermore relates to a hob (1) having a central recess (4) which is in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) mounted on its underside (35) for operating the hob (1) and for removing cooking fumes is formed down and formed in a corresponding to their dimensions formed recess of the kitchen worktop (54) quickly and easily.

Especially in the FIGS. 12 to 16 It is shown that the device (36) - successively in the vertical downward direction - on the underside (35) of the hob (1) has a housing (44) for the heating or Heated and control electronics, a fan housing (48) for two or more radial fans (38) and one or more cooker suction chambers (39) - for horizontal, outwardly directed cooking fume transfer and for providing the cooking fume stream for a vertically upward suction through the in the radially higher-lying fan housing (48) provided radial fan (38) - may include.

A particular advantage of this inventively designed hob (1) is that the distance (40) between the bottom (35) of the hob (1) on the one hand and the bottom of the bottom (42) of the cooking vapor suction chambers (39) on the other hand in one area of only 110 mm to 260 mm, preferably in a range of 140 mm to 230 mm, in particular in a range of 150 mm to 200 mm.

As in particular the Figures 14 . 15 and 16 can be seen, in this in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) formed hob (1), for example, downstream of the central recess (4) of the hob (1) provided a vertically downwardly oriented, tubular exhaust air line (50) be.
As a rule, downstream of the exhaust air line (50) a hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) can be reversibly provided - for cleaning purposes through the central recess (4) of the hob (1) - removable above.
In general, the upper edge region (51) of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) can be tight against the inner wall of the lower portion (52) of the tubular exhaust air duct (50). The lower edge region (53) of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) can project beyond the lower section (52) of the tubular exhaust air line (50) vertically downwards.
In preferred embodiments of the invention, in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) formed hob (1) downstream of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) and laterally horizontally outboard of this two or more low-boiling cooker suction chambers (39) for horizontal, directed outward discharge of through the grease filter (6) penetrated cooking fumes (63) may be provided.

Insbesondere die Figuren 14 und 16 zeigen, dass in den Mittenbereichen (59) der vertikal oben liegenden Decken (60) der Kochdunst-Ansaugkammern (39) zwei oder mehrere Aussparungen (61) - für die von unten nach oben gerichtete Hindurchführung der Kochdünste (63) zu den stromabwärts von den Aussparungen (61) vorgesehenen Radial-Lüftern (38) - vorgesehen sein können.especially the Figures 14 and 16 show that in the central regions (59) of the vertically overhead covers (60) of the cooking-vapor suction chambers (39) two or more recesses (61) - for the bottom-up passage of cooking fumes (63) to the downstream of the Recesses (61) provided radial fans (38) - may be provided.

As in particular the Figures 14 and 16 can be seen, the radial fan motors (56) centered over their belonging recesses (61) in the central regions (59) of the ceilings (60) of the cooking vapor suction chambers (39), at the bottom (45) of the Housing (44) for heating or hob heating- and control electronics, be appropriate.
In the housing (44) for the heating or Kochfeldbeheizung- and control electronics, for example, the cooktop heating elements (37), the power electronics (55) for the fan motors (56) and touch-control controls (57 ) (see FIG. 12 ). On the underside of the housing (44) for the heating or Kochfeldbeheizung- and control electronics may, inter alia, for example, a device mains connection (58) may be provided (see FIG. 13 ).
especially the Figures 14 and 16 show that the axes of rotation (62) of the radial fan motors (56) can be vertically aligned and that the cooking fumes (63) detected by the rotating fan wheel (65) in an upward vertical manner into the suction chamber (39) provided above the respective suction chamber (39) Fan housing (48) can be transported.

How out FIG. 15 As can be seen, the fan housing (48) - in the plan view - a spiral structure with an upstream guide chamber (66) and a downstream subsequent blow-out chamber (67). According to the FIG. 15 can be provided downstream of the Ausblaskammern (67) a all Ausblas-chambers (67) of the radial fan (38) subsequent space (68) for dividing and aligning the cooking vapor Ausblasströme (69). This space (68) may for example have two or more air guide surfaces (70). These air guide surfaces (70) may preferably be arranged and shaped such that the odor filter (71) provided downstream of the partitioning space (68) is uniformly blown by the cooking vapor blowout streams (69) with respect to its total area.

How out FIG. 15 can be provided downstream of the odor filter (71) a flexible in the horizontal and / or vertical direction bellows (72) for flexible and vibration and noise-decoupled connection to a downstream downstream exhaust duct or kitchen carcass.

In particularly preferred embodiments of the invention, in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) formed hob (1), the cooking vapor (63) the hollow cylindrical grease filter insert (6) at a speed in the range of 1.0 m / sec to 4.5 m / sec, preferably in the range of 1.15 m / sec to 4.25 m / sec, in particular in the range of 1.75 m / sec to 4.0 m / sec, flow through. In preferred embodiments of the cooking field (1) according to the invention, in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36), the cooking fume (63) can move the odor filter (71) at a speed in the range of 0.5 m / sec to 3.0 m / sec, preferably in the range of 0.7 m / sec to 2.7 m / sec, in particular in the range of 1.0 m / sec to 2.5 m / sec, flow through.

In general, the distance (43) between the underside (35) of the hob (1) on the one hand and the bottom (45) of the housing (44) for the heating or hob heating and control electronics on the other hand in a range of 45 mm up to 80 mm. In general, the distance (46) between the underside (45) of the housing (44) for the heating or hob heating and control electronics on the one hand and the bottom (47) of the fan housing (48) on the other hand in a range of 60 mm to 100 mm. The distance (49) between the bottom (47) of the fan housing (48) on the one hand and the bottom of the bottom (42) of the cooking-vapor suction chamber (39) on the other hand, for example, in a range of 45 mm to 80 mm.

How special FIG. 15 can be - in a plan view - two radial fan (38) in the fan housing (48) on both sides of the downstream of the central hob recess (4) provided, tubular exhaust air line (50) positioned. Preferably, the directions of rotation (73) of the two fan wheels (65) of these two radial fans (38) are then opposite to one another FIG. 15 can - in a plan view - the left fan (65) counter-clockwise rotationally driven, while - in a plan view - The right fan (65) is then driven in rotation clockwise. In this case, the two Ausblaskammern (67) of the two radial fan (38) may be adjacent to the central exhaust air line (50).
The opposite orientation of the directions of rotation (73) according to FIG. 15 leads to the advantage that the two Kochdunst Ausblasströme (69) the downstream of the space (68) for dividing and alignment of the Ausblasströme (69) provided odor filter (71) indirectly via air guide surfaces (70) or directly flow uniformly.

Especially FIG. 14 shows that - in a plan view - located in the interior of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) central floor area (74) at least opposite to both sides of this central floor area (74) provided lateral bottoms (42) of the two suction chambers (39) forming a stop (75) for the lower edge region (53) of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) may be at least slightly lowered. Further, the central floor area (74) - for collecting and collecting overflowed liquid - may be inclined to a central or randwärtigen depression (76). In this case, there is a particularly user-friendly access to the central floor area (74) for cleaning purposes.

In summary, it should be noted that in the context of the present invention, a cooktop is provided with a device for extracting cooking fumes in a direction lying vertically below the plane of the cooktop.
In the apparatus according to the invention, a cooking extractor with a hob is combined for the first time to form a component, resulting in particularly low manufacturing and assembly costs.

As the hob (1) according to the invention in the region of its geometric centroid (3) in a plan view round or oval or square recess (4) for a device (5) for the withdrawal of cooking fumes in vertically below the hob (1) facing downward direction, now can be used for the first time on both sides and back of the hob surfaces on the hob supporting worktop for parking purposes or the like without restriction.

Since the device (5) for the extraction of cooking fumes is now provided centrally in the area of the geometric centroid (3) of the hob (1), acting on the entire surface of the hob (1) sufficiently strong and not against each other canceling suction currents. As a result, rising and spreading of cooking fumes are safely avoided both in the central region of the hob and in its peripheral areas.
Particular advantages of the hob according to the invention (1) are also to be seen in the fact that its manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and operating costs are particularly low.
Advantageous in the case of the hob according to the invention (1) is also that the electrical energy used for the extraction is used very efficiently, which is why the efficiency of the hob according to the invention (1) is particularly large.
Another advantage of the hob according to the invention (1) is that the noise is very low even during the cooker-suction operation.
With regard to the hob (1) according to the invention, which is designed in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36), it can be stated in summary that its overall height is particularly low, as a result of which the space usable unhindered in the kitchen cabinet is pronounced.
Of particular advantage of the invention, in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) formed hob (1) is also its compactness and the fact that it can be completely pre-assembled in the factory. As a result, the planning and assembly costs are particularly low. Finally, the completely pre-assembled, compact mounting unit only needs to be inserted into a recess of the worktop, resulting in a particularly quick, easy and inexpensive installation.

By providing two or more opposing radial fans (38) downstream of the hollow cylindrical grease filter (6) - in accordance with FIGS. 17 and 18 - Resulting in a significantly increased effective area of the grease filter (6) and an increase in the throughput volume to improve the grease separation efficiency and to form a particularly low pressure loss at the larger, effective effective fat filter surface (6). This leads to the advantage that the fan motors (56) of the radial fans (38) can be designed to be particularly small, energy-saving, energy-efficient and silent. In addition, the speed of the fan motors (56) can be selected to be lower, which is why the radial fans (38) used according to the invention operate in a particularly quiet, low-vibration and energy-efficient manner.

A particular advantage of the invention, in the form of a mounting unit with a device (36) formed hob (1) is that it has effective protection against and insensitivity to overflowed, through the central recess (4) penetrated liquid - up to a volume of 5 l- offers. Because by the suspension of the fan motors (56) on the bottom (45) of the housing (44) for the heating or Kochfeldbeheizung- and control electronics is basically the tub-like volume of the lowest cooking fume suction chamber (39) for receiving overflow liquid under exclusion Danger to the fan motors (56) available.
