- the travel operation switch group further includes a shuttle permission switch which enables/disables a function of the shuttle switch and is arranged on an opposite lateral surface of the grip body with respect to the upright lateral surface.
- a shuttle switch which switches between forward travel and reverse travel is an operation switch that is frequently operated in conjunction with the acceleration/deceleration operation of the vehicle. Further, because the shuttle switch switches between forward travel and reverse travel, which are significant changes in the state of the vehicle, the operator must operate the shuttle switch with sufficient care. In order to cause the operator to exercise such care, it is preferable that another switch is provided in addition to the shuttle switch, and switching between forward travel and reverse travel is achieved by operating both switches. Moreover, it is preferable to arrange the shuttle permission switch on the opposite lateral surface with respect to the upright lateral surface. Thereby, operation of the two switches be performed by a natural movement of the fingers of the hand resting on the grip part so as to enhance operability.

- the hypothenar rest 55 protruding in a tongue piece shape is formed from the right bottom edge of the grip part 50 to a boundary edge between the vertical lateral surface 53 and the operator-facing surface 56.
- the protrusion width of the hypothenar rest 55 is wide enough to substantially rest a little finger.
- the transmission 22 has six auxiliary speed change units and four main speed change units, and the main speed change units are speed change units in which impact generated by switching speed change stages is inhibited by appropriate hydraulic control. Twenty-four stages of speed changes are achieved by combining the speed change stages of the auxiliary speed change units and the main speed change units.
- This switching of speed change stages that is, upshift and downshift, is executed by the grip part 50 swinging about the swing axis P1, and ultimately by swinging of the swing body 5B. That is, upshift is executed by displacing the grip part 50 forward while resting the palm on the grip part 50 and downshift is executed by displacing the grip part 50 rearward while resting the palm on the grip part 50.
- a shuttle button 91 and a speed change ratio fixing button 93 that belong to a travel-related operation switch group 9, and an up/down button 92 and two hydraulic control switches 94a and 94b that belong to a work-related operation switch group 9, are provided on the operator-facing surface 56.
- the shuttle button 91 is arranged on substantially an upper half (front half) of the operator-facing surface 56, in a position closest to the vertical lateral surface 53.
- the up/down button 92 is arranged next to the shuttle button 91 on a left side and the speed change ratio fixing button 93 is arranged further left of the shuttle button 91.
- the hydraulic control switches 94a and 94b are arranged side by side on substantially a lower half (front half) of the operator-facing surface 56.
- a speed change auxiliary button 95 is arranged on the vertical lateral surface 53.
- a shuttle auxiliary button 96 is arranged on the back surface 54a of the grip part 50. The shuttle auxiliary button 96 can be easily operated with the index finger or the middle finger of the hand whose palm is resting on the convex surface 52 of the grip part 50.
- the shuttle button 91 switches the transmission 22 to forward travel when an upward arrow portion of the shuttle button 91 is pressed along with the shuttle auxiliary button 96, and switches the transmission 22 to reverse travel when a downward arrow portion of the shuttle button 91 is pressed along with the shuttle auxiliary button 96. That is, forward travel and reverse travel of the tractor can be selected by pressing the shuttle button 91 with the thumb while pressing the shuttle auxiliary button 96 with the middle finger or the index finger (a ring finger or the little finger is also possible).
- the transmission 22 adopted in the present embodiment has main speed change units, in which impact generated by switching speed change stages is inhibited by appropriate hydraulic control, and ordinary synchromesh-type auxiliary speed change units. Therefore, it is preferable that a speed change stage changing operation involving four speed change stages of only the main speed change units without involving the auxiliary speed change units, and a speed change stage changing operation involving the auxiliary speed change units, are each implemented with the difference therebetween in mind.
- the speed change stage changing operation involving only the main speed change units without involving the auxiliary speed change units is enabled even without pressing the speed change auxiliary button 95; however, the speed change stage changing operation involving the auxiliary speed change units is disabled when the speed change auxiliary button 95 is not pressed.
- the speed change stage changing operation involving the auxiliary speed change units must be implemented while pressing the speed change auxiliary button 95. In this instance, the grip part 50 is displaced forward or rearward by the palm while pressing the speed change auxiliary button 95 with the thumb.
- an appropriate speed change ratio according to a vehicle speed can be set by a transmission controller that controls the transmission 22.
- the speed change ratio fixing button 93 is configured as a button that forcibly fixates the speed change ratio and can issue a command to the transmission controller to maintain the speed change ratio of the transmission 22 even when the vehicle speed decreases due to brake operation and the like.
- the up/down button 92 is divided into an upper button and a lower button. Pressing the upper button of the up/down button 92 causes the work apparatus 3 to be lifted and pressing the lower button of the up/down button 92 causes the work apparatus 3 to be lowered.
- the hydraulic control switches 94a and 94b control valves of hydraulic piping connected to the work apparatus 3.
- the present invention can also be applied to various work vehicles including agricultural vehicles such as combines and rice transplanters, and construction vehicles such as front loaders and backhoes.

Claims (15)
- Véhicule de travail à capacité de changement de vitesse, comprenant un moteur (20), des roues (2a, 2b), une transmission (22) prévue pour transmettre la puissance du moteur (20) aux roues (2a, 2b), et un outil de commande multifonctionnelle (5),
la transmission (22) comportant :des unités de changement de vitesse principales prévues pour inhiber l'impact généré par commutation des étages de changement de vitesse sous commande hydraulique, etdes unités de changement de vitesse auxiliaires de type synchroniseur ;l'outil de commande multifonctionnelle (5) présentant : un corps oscillant (5B) supporté de manière oscillante au moins dans la direction avant-arrière de la carrosserie du véhicule pour implémenter une commande d'accélération et une commande de décélération ;un corps de préhension (5A) disposé sur une partie d'extrémité libre du corps oscillant (5B) ;une partie de préhension (50) formée sur le corps de préhension (5A) et ayant une surface convexe (52) et une surface latérale verticale (53),la surface convexe (52) étant présentée sur une première zone latérale du corps de préhension (5A) par rapport à une direction latérale du véhicule de travail,la surface latérale verticale (53) étant présentée sur une deuxième zone latérale du corps de préhension opposée à la première zone latérale par rapport à une direction latérale du véhicule de travail ; etune surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) présentée sur la deuxième zone latérale du corps de préhension (5A) et s'étendant depuis une extrémité de la surface latérale verticale (53) ; etun ou plusieurs commutateurs de commande disposés sur la surface latérale verticale (53) et/ou la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) ;caractériséen ce qu'un bouton auxiliaire de changement de vitesse (95) est disposé sur la surface latérale verticale (53) ; etl'opération de changement d'étage de vitesse impliquant les unités de changement de vitesse auxiliaires est implémentée en appuyant sur le bouton auxiliaire de changement de vitesse (95). - Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 1, où l'outil de commande multifonctionnelle (5) est supporté de manière oscillante autour d'un axe d'oscillation (P1), le corps oscillant (5B) est formé comme élément de bras oscillant autour de l'axe d'oscillation (P1) ;
la commutation des étages de changement de vitesse est exécutée par la partie de préhension (50) oscillant autour de l'axe d'oscillation (P1). - Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, où
l'opération de changement d'étage de vitesse n'impliquant que les unités de changement de vitesse principales sans les unités de changement de vitesse auxiliaires est activée même sans appuyer sur le bouton auxiliaire de changement de vitesse (95), et
l'opération de changement d'étage de vitesse impliquant les unités de changement de vitesse auxiliaires est désactivée si le bouton auxiliaire de changement de vitesse (95) n'est pas soumis à pression. - Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, où la partie de préhension (50) présente un appui hypothénaire (55) s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis une partie inférieure de la partie de préhension (50).
- Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 4, où la partie de préhension (50) est prévue de telle manière que la surface convexe (52) peut supporter la paume de la main d'un opérateur et l'appui hypothénaire (55) peut supporter la zone hypothénaire de la main de l'opérateur.
- Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 5, où la partie de préhension (50) est en outre prévue pour que la surface latérale verticale (53) puisse contacter le pouce de la main de l'opérateur.
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, où l'appui hypothénaire (55) s'étend vers l'extérieur depuis au moins une partie de la bordure inférieure de la surface convexe (52).
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, où le ou les commutateurs de commande comprennent au moins un des éléments suivants :un commutateur de commande de conduite relié à la transmission (22) du véhicule de travail ou commandant celle-ci ;un commutateur de commande de travail relié à un dispositif de travail du véhicule de travail ou commandant celui-ci ; etau moins un commutateur de commande de conduite et au moins un commutateur de commande de travail disposés sur la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56).
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, où :le ou les commutateurs de commande comprennent un bouton va-et-vient auxiliaire (96) disposé sur la surface arrière (54a) de la partie de préhension (50) ; et/ou un bouton va-et-vient (91) est disposé sur une autre surface latérale du corps de préhension (5A),le bouton va-et-vient auxiliaire et le bouton va-et-vient (96, 91) étant prévus pour déclencher une fonction spécifique en cas d'activation simultanée du bouton va-et-vient auxiliaire et du bouton va-et-vient avec un autre commutateur de commande.
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, où le ou les commutateurs de commande comprennent un groupe de commutateurs de commande de conduite comprenant :
un bouton va-et-vient (91) commutant entre la marche avant et la marche arrière, ledit bouton va-et-vient étant disposé sur la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) ou la surface latérale verticale (53). - Véhicule de travail selon la revendication 10, où le groupe de commutateurs de commande de conduite comprend en outre :
un commutateur va-et-vient de permission (96) activant/désactivant une fonction du commutateur va-et-vient et disposé sur la surface arrière (54a) de la partie de préhension (50) ou sur une surface latérale opposée du corps de préhension (5A) par rapport à la surface latérale verticale (53). - Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, où la partie de préhension (50) est adjacente à la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) par rapport à la direction latérale de la carrosserie du véhicule.
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, la partie de préhension (50) et la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) sont disposées de manière à générer une différence de niveau de surfaces supérieures.
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, où la surface latérale verticale (53) est disposée de manière à relier les surfaces supérieures de la partie de préhension (50) et la surface orientée vers l'opérateur (56) .
- Véhicule de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, où
le corps de préhension (5A) de l'outil de commande multifonctionnelle (5) est monté sur le corps oscillant (5B) prévu pour osciller autour de l'axe d'oscillation (P1), l'axe d'oscillation (P1) s'étendant dans une direction transversale de la carrosserie du véhicule (1).
