Abstract
【解決手段】多機能操作具5は、車両前後方向に揺動可能に支持されるとともに、前方向への揺動によってトランスミッションを増速制御し、後方向への揺動によって減速制御する揺動体5Bの自由端部に設けられたグリップ本体5Aと、グリップ本体5Aの車両横断方向で一方側領域に形成された凸状湾曲面を有する握り部50と、他方側領域に形成されるとともに握り部50の側面である垂直状側面53と、他方側領域において垂直状側面53の下端縁から車両横断方向に延びるように形成された操作者対向面56と、垂直状側面53と操作者対向面56とに配置された操作スイッチ群9とをそなえている。

Description
図1には、アームレスト操作装置4を構成するアームレスト台40に、揺動軸P1周りで揺動可能に支持された多機能操作具5が示されている。この多機能操作具5は、走行速度を変更するトランスミッションと作業装置とを備えた、トラクタやフロントローダのような作業車両を制御するために用いられる。多機能操作具5は、実質的には、グリップ本体5Aと揺動体5Bとからなる。揺動体5Bは、図1では、揺動軸P1周りで揺動するアーム部材として形成されている。この実施形態では、揺動体5Bがほぼ垂直となる揺動中立位置から、揺動体5Bを一方方向に揺動させることで車両を増速させ、他方方向に揺動させることで車両を減速させるように構成されている。
〔別実施形態〕
(1)上述した実施形態では、トランスミッション22として多段ギヤ変速機構を備えたものが搭載されており、握り部50の搖動軸P1周りの揺動操作により、段階的な変速段の切り替えが実現されていた。これとは異なり、トランスミッション22として無段変速機構を備えたものが作用された場合には、握り部50の搖動軸P1周りの揺動操作により、無段階の変速が実現するように構成することができる。つまり、握り部50を搖動軸P1周りで中立位置から前方に揺動すれば、増速側に連続的に変速され、握り部50を搖動軸P1周りで中立位置から後方に揺動すれば、減速側に連続的に変速される。
(2)上述した実施形態で提示された、グリップ本体5Aに配置された操作スイッチ群9の種類と配置は一例であり、必要に応じて、操作スイッチ群9から選ばれた操作スイッチを任意に配置することができる。
(3)握り部50や延長部51の形状も、図示された形状に限定されるものではない。握り部50の上面形状は、少なくともその外形輪郭が手のひらを自然な状態で受け入れるような凸湾曲状であればよい。延長部51の形状も、握り部50との間で、親指自由空間TSが形成されるとともに、複数の操作スイッチが握り部50に載せた手の親指で操作可能に配置できるものであればよい。またその面は粗面であってもよいし、光沢面であってもよい。
(4)上述した実施形態では、グリップ本体5A及び揺動体5Bは、揺動軸P1周りにだけ揺動変位するものであったが、上位スティックのように、他の軸心周りの変位や、球状継手を用いた全方位変位可能なものであってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 走行速度を変更するトランスミッションと作業装置とを備えた作業車両を制御するための多機能操作具であって、
車両前後方向に揺動可能に支持されるとともに、前方向への揺動によって前記トランスミッションを増速制御し、後方向への揺動によって前記トランスミッションを減速制御する揺動体と、
前記揺動体の自由端部に設けられたグリップ本体と、
前記グリップ本体の車両横断方向で一方側領域に形成された凸状湾曲面を有する握り部と、
前記グリップ本体の車両横断方向で他方側領域に形成されるとともに前記握り部の側面である垂直状側面と、
前記他方側領域において前記垂直状側面の下端縁から車両横断方向に延びるように形成された操作者対向面と、
前記垂直状側面と前記操作者対向面とに配置された操作スイッチ群と、
からなる多機能操作具。 - 前記握り部の下端縁に前記握り面から外方に突き出した小指球載せが形成されている請求項1に記載の多機能操作具。
- 前記操作スイッチ群は、前記トランスミッションの変速段を変更する走行操作スイッチ群と前記作業装置を制御する作業操作スイッチ群とからなり、前記操作者対向面には、前記走行操作スイッチ群に属する少なくとも1つの走行操作スイッチと、前記作業操作スイッチ群に属する少なくとも1つの作業操作スイッチとが配置されている請求項1または2に記載の多機能操作具。
- 前記操作スイッチ群に属する操作スイッチを含む他の人為操作具と同時操作されることで特定の機能を有効にする特定機能スイッチが設けられており、前記特定機能スイッチが、前記垂直状側面、または前記グリップ本体の前記垂直状側面とは異なる側面、あるいはその両方に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の多機能操作具。
- 前記走行操作スイッチ群に前進と後進とを切り替えるシャトルスイッチが含まれており、前記シャトルスイッチが前記操作者対向面上で前記垂直状側面に近接して配置されており、前記シャトルスイッチの機能を有効または無効にするシャトル許可スイッチが前記グリップ本体の前記垂直状側面とは反対側の側面に前記特定機能スイッチとして配置されている請求項4に記載の多機能操作具。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の多機能操作具を備えたアームレスト操作装置であって、
一体的に構成されるアームレスト支持台が備えられ、前記アームレスト支持台が車体前後方向に沿って前領域と中間領域と後領域とに区分けされており、前記多機能操作具は前記前領域に配置され、アームレスト台が前記後領域に配置され、前記中間領域にエンジン制御用スイッチ群と前記作業車両用の油圧制御スイッチ群が配置されているアームレスト操作装置。
