Definitions
- the invention relates to an automatic sliding door with a drive unit and moveable door leaves, the drive unit having at least one electric drive motor with a gear and an endless toothed belt, to which the individual door leaf is attached via drivers on a strand of the endless toothed belt, and the drive unit having a Control unit has, by means of which the door leaves in the closed position or in the open position can be moved.
- Automatic sliding doors are known, which are used, for example, to close entrances to business premises.
- two door leaves are held in a frame in such a way that they move apart when opening and move towards each other again when closing.
- the movement is initiated here, for example, by so-called external radar and internal radar sensors, which interact with a control unit, which then interacts with the drive unit, such as the drive motor, with the transmission here.
- Automatic sliding doors of this type can be subject to special safety or physical requirements and in most cases have to meet higher demands in the closed position than in the open position or when driving. This can be done by hooking and locking systems or by lowering and raising the door leaves. All of these functions require energy and result in greater wear and tear on the door system.
- the invention therefore faces the problem of further developing an automatic sliding door with a drive unit and movable door leaves in such a way that, in particular, the higher safety or physical requirements are met, and without major additional costs and with normal use, the necessary technical disadvantages are reduced to a minimum .
- first closed position which is just before the actual closed position.
- This point can be defined by a mechanical stop that can be moved, folded away, lowered or released when a safety requirement is present.
- this first closed position can be detected and approached by a limit switch or by measuring the distance of the door control. This means that in normal operation the door moves to the open position each time it is opened and then closes to the first closed position and remains there until the next opening request.
- the closing edge is like this constructed so that in the first closed position the area between the door leaves can be opaque, watertight and windproof. It is also possible to lock the door in this position to ensure a safe exit function, where you can leave the building, but the outside radar is no longer evaluated and entry from the outside is therefore not possible.
- the construction which ensures a tight central joint of the door leaves, can consist of overlapping hard or soft profiles. However, not according to the invention, spring-loaded profiles can also be used, which compress when the door moves into the second closed position. This short distance can be used to activate a lock and set up a new sealing level. These seals can be activated all around the door leaf.
- the moveable door leaves assume two different closed positions, with a first closed position being intended for normal driving operation, and with a second closed position being intended for a safety requirement and the door leaves being separated from the first closed position.
- Position can be moved to the second closed position or from the open position to the second closed position, so that the door leaves in the second closed position assume a form-fitting connection, in particular with the closing edges which can be moved on top of one another.
- the sliding door Due to the design of the sliding door according to the invention, it is now possible for the sliding door to assume the first closed position during operation, so that the door leaves moving towards one another assume an opaque, watertight or airtight position at their closing edges. If, for example, the sliding door according to the invention is to meet higher security requirements, there is the possibility that the door leaves can be moved further from the first closed position over a shorter distance, so that the closing edges are moved to a second closed position. In this position, the closing edges then come into positive contact, so that they occupy an overlapping area. Because of this design, the automatic sliding door is then secured, with the second closed position then being approached, in particular in the event of a danger alarm and/or fire alarm.
- the form-fitting connection on the opposite closing edges of the door leaves in the center joint area consists of overlapping profiles.
- the form-fitting connection is formed in the center joint area of the door leaves from profiles molded onto the closing edges.
- the profiles on the closing edges consist of hard or soft profiles.
- the profiles each comprise a groove-shaped profile bar and a pin-like profile bar on the opposite closing edges.
- one of the profiles on the opposite closing edges can comprise a leg-like profile strip which, in the second closed position, engages over the pin-like profile strip on the other door leaf.
- the form-fitting connection in the center joint area of the door leaf can be formed from flexibly held profiles.
- the flexibly held profiles include profile strips integrated against the action of springs, these also having a tongue and groove profile.
- the distance from the first closed position to the second closed position can be used to actuate additional seals on the door system.
- an all-round seal on the door leaf is triggered when the spring-loaded profile strips move into one another.
- the distance from the first closed position to the second closed position can be used to actuate a locking of the door system.
- the locking mechanism can then be actuated electrically, hydraulically, mechanically or pneumatically using the appropriate means and elements provided on the door system.
- the figure 1 shows an automatic sliding door 1 with a drive unit and movable door leaves 2 and 3, which can be moved into the open and closed position, as the latter in particular in FIG figure 1 is shown.
- a drive unit arranged in the upper area has at least one electric drive motor with gears and endless toothed belts on which the individual door leaves 2, 3 have drivers on one strand of the endless toothed belt is fixed.
- the drive unit also has a control unit with which the door leaves 2, 3 can be moved into the closed position or into the open position.
- the movable door leaves 2, 3 are in two different closed positions according to the Figure 2b, Figure 2c as well as according to the figure 3b, figure 3c and the figure 4b, figure 4c moveable.
- a first closed position 4 is intended for normal driving, as in FIG Figure 2b and in the Figure 3b or.
- Figure 4b is shown.
- the door system is in such a position that the door leaves 2 and 3 are opaque, watertight and airtight.
- the second closed position 5 - shown in the Figures 2c, 3c and 4c - is designed in such a way that it is intended for high security requirements.
- the door leaves 2, 3 are moved from the first closed position 4 to the second closed position 5, so that the door leaves 2, 3 in the second closed position 5 enter into a form-fitting connection 8, in particular with the closing edges 6 and 7 that can be moved on top of one another , like this particular in the Figure 2c , but also in the Figure 3c and 4c , shown in plan view.
- the positive connection 8 on the opposite closing edges 6, 7 of the door leaves 2, 3 consists of overlapping profiles 9 and 10 in the central joint area. These profiles 9 and 10 are arranged on the closing edges 6 and 7, with the profiles 9 and 10 on the opposite closing edges 6, 7 comprising a groove-shaped profile strip 11 on one door leaf 2 and a pin-like profile strip 12 on the other door leaf 3.
- This situation is particularly in the figure 2 shown in views a, b and c, with the door leaves 2, 3 moving together in the closed position 4 in such a way that the pin strip 12 only enters the opening area of the groove strip 11, in order in this way to create a windproof or waterproof or opaque To achieve closure of the door leaves 2, 3.
- the second closed position 5 is shown, where the so-called. Pivot strip 12 penetrates into the deepest part of the groove-shaped profile strip 11 of the opposite closing edge 7 .
- a modification of the figure 2 Positive connection shown 8 discloses the figure 5 , in which the profile 9 comprises a leg-like profile strip 11.1, which engages over the pin-like profile strip 12 on the other door leaf 3 in the second closed position 5.
- This situation is particularly in the figure 5 shown in views a, b and c, with the door leaves 2, 3 moving together in the closed position 4 in such a way that the pin strip 12 only retracts up to a small overlapping area of the groove strip 11 in order in this way to create a windproof or watertight or opaque closure of the door leaves 2, 3 to achieve.
- the second closed position 5 is shown, where the so-called pin strip 12 penetrates into the entire overlapping area of the profile strip 11 of the opposite closing edge 7 .
- the figure 3 shows a further non-inventive embodiment of a form-fitting connection 8, the form-fitting connection 8 being formed in the center joint area of the door leaves 2, 3 from profiles 9, 10 held flexibly on the closing edges 6, 7.
- the flexibly held profiles 9, 10 here comprise profile strips 15, 16 integrated against the action of springs 13, 14, with the profile strips 15 and 16 likewise having a tongue-and-groove profile.
- the profiles 9, 10 come into active connection, with the so-called opaque, watertight and airtight closure then initially taking place in the closed position 4 , the second closed position 5 then being assumed when a certain distance is exceeded.
- the profile strips 15 and 16 then move against the action of the springs 13 and 14, so that a higher safety requirement is ensured.
- the figure 4 shows a further embodiment of the profile strips 15 and 16 which is not according to the invention, these being resilient in themselves.
- the distance from the first closed position 4 to the second closed position 5 can be used to actuate additional seals on the door system 1 .
- a non-illustrated seal on the door leaf 2, 3 is effected circumferentially.
- the spring action can be used to actuate the sealing device.

Description
- Figur 1
- eine Frontansicht einer automatischen Schiebetüre gemäß der Erfindung;
- Figur 2
- eine geschnittene Draufsicht der Türflügel mit U-Form Schließkanten in einer ersten Ansicht a, in einer zweiten Ansicht b und in einer dritten Ansicht c;
- Figur 3
- eine weitere nicht erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform der Türflügel mit federnden Schließkanten in der geschnittenen Draufsicht ebenfalls in drei Ansichten a, b und c;
- Figur 4
